    Strength Training will make you lose more weight than doing Arobics or Cardio...ive lost 55 lbs doing Strength Training it burns fat and grows muscle...as we age we lose muscle and its important to get our protein in for muscle growth and skin and hair and bones...youre doing great...just dont want you to waste your time...

      Awwww am not doing much cardio. Just my walking. I love it. I guess Jane’s workout was cardio but lots of floor work at the end. So only 10 mins of cardio lol 😜
      Doing body pump which is my weight class and yoga which i just adore xxx
      THANKYOU lots …. I gotta get more protein in. I usually eat eggs but gone off em this week. Will try and get them back in xxx 🥰🥰🥰🥰
