Weight can plateau, you should shake things up a little. A lot of times that will help. I had to do that 3 times when I dieter, worked great. Good luck

I luv what just a little growth of silver does for my skin. It's really something, I'm on my 3rd time trying to get to all silver. Patience 😊

Don't worry, this is natural it happened to me, I was consistently losing 2 to 3lbs every week and I lost stones then the lighter I was it was harder, you will lose more but it won't be as high as the more you weigh the easier it is, keep doing what your doing and it will work. Half a pound is still better than gaining and I wouldn't want that half pound hanging off my nose its quite substantial when you see it 😂😂😂😂 xxx❤

Im very disappointed. Literally any and everything took from Colin and Penelope's story. They told no story . They had sex once , got married and he seemed to tolerate her, he slept on the couch most of the time. They and they fought a bunch or ignored each other for 3 or 4 episodes then at the end had a baby. Worst season yet. meanwhile Benedict had a story, Francesca had one and a marriage, Violet, the Queen, Eloise, Cressida all had a story but it wasnt their season. After all the hype of PR promotion we got very little of the main Characters together. Probably because they knew the main characters had no screen time together in which they wasnt arguing or ignoring each other, Especially since they trended worldwide #Polin and Luke appears in public with his real GF not a day after it released. Which killed it for ALOT of the younger Generations.
