List of ingredients ( this recipe can serve 20 people )
18 cups of rice ( I used long grain parboiled rice )
6 cups of green beans
5 cups carrot
10 garlic cloves
2 thumb sized ginger
chicken seasoning ( to taste )
3 tablespoons of thyme
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 cups fried liver ( use a s much as you like )
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup peas
4 kg hard chicken
3 white onions
5 bay leaf
5 cooking spoons oil
2 bunch spring onions
2 green bell pepper
Scotch bonnet pepper to taste

How did it taste? I remember it used to taste so good in Nigeria when they made it, but now in USA the version they sell here like in African restaurants tastes bland and boring
I prefer mine also with any vegetable salad or just avocado. Nigerian fried rice is never complete without liver😃. Hugs and good recovery from the cold, don't forget loads of hot tea

I followed this recipe to the T and my family couldn't stop talking about my dish out of the so many others on the menu, brought by different people of course.
