Hell, if they were able to give Ghostface his original outfit despite only licensing from Fun World and not Dimension Films, then having the *_REAL_* Freddy Krueger shouldn't be that difficult!
@@otaking3582 as far as ghost face goes, with him they only managed to put the mask in the game, not the full original outfit, that's why he looks different in the game (although I personally prefer the outfit he has in dbd over the one he has in the movies)

Now that Bubba is getting his own video game along with the rest of his family (the Sawyers), alongside the main “killer” skin that most people recognize Leatherface with (and most likely the “pretty woman” skin as well, even though it hasn’t been seen in game so far yet), the “old lady” skin as 3rd skin for Leatherface is a must.
Despite it making only a brief appearance in the film, the “old lady” mask and outfit is still a classic considering it appeared in the original 1974 movie. In some ways, it is pretty underrated and needs more love.👍

Well, the outfit costs more than the killer does so it makes sense.
my approach to a childs play chapter would be the main killer being charles lee ray, and his power would be doing a ritual into a doll (dolls would be layed around the map, and map would be the good guy factory in childs play 2) and when he puts his soul into the doll, his terror radius is zero and he runs super fast. to balance this power out, the basic attack cooldown with his knife has a short cooldown, but he needs to hit the survivor three times (instead of two) to knock them down. as charles lee ray (before transferring his soul into the chucky doll), he will be much slower (as he is injured at the beginning of childs play 1). the survivor could be andy barclay, and could be the first child survivor in this game.
I know this video isn't related to the binding kin dlc but I figured I'd type it here at the most recent video released. Dbd devs, if you're reading this, you can fix the hostaging victor problem by implementing a timer similar to legions mending effect where if the player doesn't take off victor in time, the survivor will take another hit of damage, downing the player and either despawning victor so the killer gets him back or leaving him there near the downed player and alerting the killer, your choice. The mechanic is pretty much the same as mending where if the killer is engaging the survivor, the timer is paused and resumes when no longer being chased. As for this whole discussion with being able to hide in a locker to avoid victor, it seems balanced as survivors need something to help themselves out when going against this killer. Not a lot of players can dodge him or maneuver well in general so this seems fine. However, if y'all do plan to do something about it, maybe make it so the terror radius stays at victor for a short duration so players are unclear if the killer has switched, similar to when killers fake activating spirits ability. Before its brought up, I'm well aware that there's already an add on that makes the other killer oblivious when switching to her and I also know about the little animation change for victor when switching, maybe remove the little animation but keep the black smoke that appears when you switch and implement the oblivious effect into the killer when switching. Change the add on so it effects the duration of the oblivious effect when switching killers. I know that still kind of leaves the issue as survivors will see the smoke but I guess there has to be some sort of cue for the survivors. Too maybe make it a bit more fair for the killer either make it so that survivors near victor when he's idle have their aura revealed. Make the radius around victor behave like the wormholes from the demogorgon and have it be somewhat similar to that size and change an add on to effect the size of detection around victor when idle. Or instead of a radius that reveals survivors when victors idle, have it so that a survivor near the idle victor screams or has an effect applied like the hindered or broken effect when near him while he's idle. Balance it out and have him have a sort of expiration time so killers can't use him like a radar and plant him near a gen or hook. If you do plan on making him into a mobile radar though, implement mechanics similar to hags traps like not being able to alert him and therefore alerting the killer when the players switched by crouching when near victor or have a proximity mechanic. Idk, these are just ideas I thought up. You could also have victor scream and snare the survivor when a survivor comes across idle victor whether the survivor just happens upon idle victor when running around or if they were in a locker and get out in front of victor, similar to the hags traps of having survivors Imediately look in victors direction and a locked stare for a time being. I guess that means you'd also need to implement the sight thing from ghost face where ghost face needs to stare at them to activate his ability but have it be immediate for idle victor when a survivor walks in front of him or if a killer leaves victor starting at a locker with a survivor inside when switching, for him to immediately scream and hinder the survivor exiting out. Thats all I have to say, if I'm talking to no one of the dev team, someone please try to send these ideas to them.

It not really up to the artists its the licence owners who have the last say. Concept art probably had all you wanted and more but the devs don't have final say. Leatherface is a franchise icon who is marketable so the owners wont go off icon too much and make it too different simply because that won't make the money. It is how it is and the devs are lucky they can actually get away with this much.
But in all fairness some nice bunny slippers would have been a nice touch.....Ah well.....
