Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer and the other four play as Survivors. As a Killer, your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible. As a Survivor, your goal is to escape and avoid being caught and killed.

We'd either have to pay for cosmetics, or pay for the killer. I prefer him as his own seperate killer honestly. As Himye has mentioned, Leatherface is licensed.
Average Weeb A hillybilly reskin would make waaayy more sense than a new killer though. Leather face is hardly unique and his perks aren't the most amazing either. Even though a reskin wouldn't be as exciting it would be alot better. Hoping for a jason/trapper reskin

Whether killers perform their heinous acts by the compulsions of their diseased minds, or if they are forced into them by external pressures, has long been a matter of debate. But for one killer, nature and nurture are inextricably linked.
Leatherface kills not from a desire to exert his will over others, to satisfy carnal urges, or even to quiet the voices in his head. He kills because he is scared. Scared that others will hurt him; scared that his family will be displeased with him, scared that their shared willingness to eat human flesh will be discovered.
He does as he is told, his family loves him and that is all that matters. Outsiders are a threat, and threats need to be dealt with.
Like those kids that came into the house, uninvited. Walked in like they owned the place. Looked around the house, trying to find out his family’s secrets, no doubt. But Leatherface deals with them, protects his family, just as he’s been taught.
He is not just protector, he has many roles, and each role has its own face. He serves dinner, cares for the family, dresses well when they eat. His Grandpa and Ma used to care for them all, but Grandpa he is old now and she has been still for a while, so Leatherface and his brothers had to take over. Family is everything to him. Family is security and safety.
But, even though he did his best, one of the kids got away. He tried to stop her, chasing after her as fast as he could, but she had help: another outsider, driving a truck. The evil trucker killed his brother, ran him over like he was a possum. In a fury, Leatherface leapt at him, the saw ready to avenge his family, but the trucker was too quick. He knocked Leatherface aside and turned his own saw against him.
As he watched the outsiders driving away, the rage, grief and pain combined with the worry about what would happen to his family now. They would surely return with the police, and the police would take his brothers, his Grandpa. Without them, what would he do? Without their commands, he would wither and die.
As his world collapsed, Leatherface spun in circles, swinging the saw all around, trying to fight off the myriad external threats that surrounded him.
Then another feeling overtook him. It came from outside his vision, crawling over his skin with cold dread. He realized that no matter what outsiders could do to him, there was something worse, something bigger that lived in the shadows. He was filled with a terror unlike any he had ever felt before. But it was almost comforting, like the fear he’d felt with his family. The fear of disappointing them.
He was brought to a place that was familiar but unknowable, and he instinctively knew what he had to do. He couldn't fail it, the way he had his family. Outsiders would come but he would use his skills to overcome any threats. There would be screaming, but he could make the world quiet again. Until the only sound remaining was the blessed howl of the saw.
Let the outsiders come.

These are the changes for Leatherface's teachable perks, as of 03/08/2020:
Knock Out:
Patch 4.1.0 made it only trigger on Basic Attacks, however, for 15 seconds after a Survivor is downed from a basic attack, they are blinded and crawl 50% slower.
BBQ & Chili:
Patch 1.7.2 adjusted the bonus Score Event when hooking a Survivor to only trigger if there is a Survivor already on the hook, along with awarding the points post-trial instead of during the trial.
Patch 2.6.0 adjusted the Aura-reveal distance to 40 metres for all tiers, along with changing the bonus points to 25% for all tiers, but now each tier has a maximum amount of bonus points, being 50%/75%/100% depending on the tier.
Franklin's Demise:
Patch 1.7.2 made it only activate on basic attacks instead of any kind of attack.
Patch 4.1.0 completely reworked the perk, making it so that an item that was dropped because of Franklin's Demise will be completely removed from the trial in 150/120/90 seconds of it being dropped.
It also made the aura of items revealed to The Killer within 32 meters of the Killer. The aura will slowly go from white to red as it begins to go away.

Make Pennywise disguise himself as other killers to trick the survivors like their fears, then eventually he reveals his true self but being slightly faster and having balloons that spray blood on the survivors screen kinda like the doctor's shock therapy but making harder to see what you are doing for a few minutes
That, Rain Splash, is a fucking brilliant idea. But a little too OP if you ask me. Pennywise should be about being the entity of fear like the Doctor's hallucination skill.
This Chainsaw I might use. I didn't like the Hillbilly's frantic dash across the map. It was hard to control and while great for mobility it was rather tough for me to get the hang of. Its why I am a Trapper Main. But Leatherface (The Cannibal) his Chainsaw makes a lot of sense.

RandyBobasek I agree about the fact that they are really not good at fixing stuff quickly, but releasing dlc is not their choice, it's there producer foalt. If they don't release a dlc everytime the producer tell them to, they get fired and the game dies. Just take evolve:
the dlcs kill the game, the developers made it free to try to save their game and a month after they get fired by their publiscer (sorry for the bad english)

2.Missing Person:as a journalist/detective you solve many missing people's cases, any survivors that have been saved from a hook have their auras revealed to yo
3.Survival of The Fittest:you have increased speed in healthy state but being hit returns you to normal

I love the new killer and all since I am a killer and Hillbilly main, but these useless buffs towards already good killer perks makes it even harder for survivors. I want a challenging kill not something free. If they're gonna buff agitation bring back the old saboteur and unrespawnable hooks. That will make the buff justified. Enduring was buffed for no reason as well. So give the survivors more pallets to balance it out.
And don't even start with the useless Borrowed time and self care nerf. What the was the fucking reason why they nerfed those two perks??? They were absolutely fine! I swear the devs are just saying fuck you to survivors. Give me a challenging kill

I am survivor main and I just don't get it... why do they keep making it harder and harder for us survs to win? Like, it's already difficult to survive. Maybe one of 50 games all four survivors live and most of the time everyone is dead in the end. (And I am rank 5-7 most of the time, so it's not just beginners)
What made me really sad, besides those things you already mentioned, is the nerf for the live forever perk (idk the exact english name, sorry). Why would they reduce the amount of bonus bloodpoints? It doesn't affect the gameplay or balance or whatever, why did they do that? I needed that to make at least some points... T-T
they want this game to be hide and seek and they dont care its boring for people whit experience like myself that like trying to juke the killer
I mean, I like the hiding and being sneaky but once the killer hooks someone we need to be able to help them. Without knowing that it will result in our own death... the only way to survive is to not help anybody, only repair gens if completely safe and don't run at all. And even then chances are, you die anyway... don't get me wrong, I love the game, but even when playing swf its really hard.

Everyone saying to add pennywise- do you realize how mildly impossible it'd be to play him? What would he even have as a weapon? He's so bright that you'd see him a mile away as well. And getting the rights to use him would be really expensive.

Whiplash 2.0 In low ranks he is a god, but in high ranks survivors don't hide, since they only care about the chase part of the game. So you find yourself with an ability that basically does nothing. The surprise attack rarely works since you are not compleatly invisible when you don't stand still and you have a 10 meters constant groar when invisibile, so good survivors will still ear/see you. Also even if you get cose enough, they can always sprint burst away making you miss your haed start in the chase. Flashlights are the most common items at rank 1and they stan the wraith for 5 second if they it him while invisible
