they should have gave that survivor more agressive perks like being able to wiggle out of the killers grasp faster and slowing down their speed when you're in their hands or stunning the killler with pallets have a stronger affect because your more aggressive with them.
They just need a perk to counter Iron Grasp, period.
See I like all these idea. I'd also like a perk that punishes killers who camp hook to oppose the nurse's new Thanatophobia perk, as that basically encourages the killer to never leave a hooked survivor. Make it so the entity takes longer to kill you if the killer is within a certain radius and at higher levels gives you increased chances to get yourself down.
And extra points as a distraction since your team will be popping generators while you have the killer around.
+wesley quirk Yes. Let's delete a Unique perk instead of tweaking some things. Iron Grasp doesn't need to be removed. I said it needs a counter, not removed. Killer's running Iron Grasp don't even bother hooking people on too when they down someone right next to the hook. They bolt to the basement. So, I do not think that Saboteur needs to be removed. Iron Grasp needs a counter. And if they add it, the Devs should make it so Saboteur and the IG counter can not be put together.
+wesley quirk See, now that's reasonable. Tweak them both. Not just remove Saboteur and leave IG. The only question is how cab they tweak both of them without rendering each one completely useless. And if you want to talk about overpowered, NOED STILL needs to remove the speed boost. Leave the One hit. But take away that damned speed boost. Anyway, Saboteur and IG can be needed by bringing the sabotage/hold efficiency down by, say, 10-15% on the Tier 3. And accommodate for the lower Tiers.

All other parts are identical blink speed, distance, charging rate, (of blink) all are identical to "old" nurse "new" nurse just has a recharge rate. I'm rather bad at nurse but it's obvious that if you had old nurse masterd new nurse will be the same just without your blinks coming back instantly

I still use nurse and can 4k *DEPENDING ON ADD-ONS* Charge speed is base charge speed and slower charge with range add-ons, there is no charge increase add-on anymore, infact EVERY add-on they replaced is Garbage even the range ones, they are good range but the slow charge makes them pretty useless when it comes to blink outplaying. Fatigue time is slightly LONGER than old nurse and on top of that you got a blink cooldown for 6 seconds after recovering. 4m per second is 24m meanwhile blink is 20m so not only is it easy to lose nurse now but she can't catch up without fully charging a blink whereas the Survivor can run back at you. This nurse is not good, she's viable with range add-ons, but not good. Base nurse is not viable or fair anymore, the only thing that needed to be changed with old nurse was her range addons, base nurse kit was fair, as i said, 20m with fatigue time gives survivors time to react, but now you practically lose the survivor every failed blink, i WAS a nurse main for 11 months consecutively, nurse was not as strong as she seemed, especially if they fixed her hitboxes on PC. on console, nurse doesnt have a 12m attack range, you have to be precisely on your target to land the attack, yall can keep pretending shes good meanwhile never losing to her lol...

My strange idea
So as you all know, any character can have the exact same perks, which means you can have self care, sprint burst, saboteur, and leader, or any combination of the good perks. So now that the game is 2 months old, people are starting to have that and every game as a killer you face people with all the perks, not to sound like I'm complaining, but it just seems off, My idea is to have each character have some certain standard buff ONLY they can have, without needing a perk. And it could make sence too, base the default buff on them on the lore for each one. I don't really know what they could add but if they consider this it could be REALLY awesome.
Some examples
Meg the athlete
Meg - +movement speed (not by much only by 1 or 2%)
Meg - reduced scratch mark time ( 1 to 3 seconds)
Meg - faster vaulting or more powerfull barricades toss.
Claudette the botanist
Claudette - reduced bleeding rate
Claudette - increased heal speed
Claudette - reduced hook save time
Dwight the leader
Dwight - increased repair speed
Dwight - reduced visibility (he was never noticed and was never looked at by sports teams)
Dwight - if on a hook, the survivors can see his aura if within 10m of him.
Jake the survivalist
Jake - reduced sprint noisebreathing
Jake - increased skill check ratereduced skill check difficulty (Jake was always pressured by his family)
Jake - increased night vision (he lives on the edge of the woods, meaning his eyes are better adjusted to the dark)
And why stop there with just survivors They could go on to make maps give the survivors and killer each their own buffs.
I think if they had this in the game it would be a lot more enjoyable, even more enjoyable than it already is. And if this does somehow get read by the devs, I've already said this a lot before, but thanks for making the game.

I don't think we're going to be seeing much Self Care anymore, but since Stridor is a thing, I feel as though self care will be swapped with Iron Will. In all honesty, that new survivors perks are shit and don't counter anything... seriously guys, a fucking perk that allows her to keep her balance from dropping long distances? WTF? This is only going to be viable for a couple new asylum maps and Coal Tower on the Mac Estate.... unless you add drop points to every existing map you have (Ironworks and Thompson House being the easiest) this new survivor is total trash. The sneak perk MIGHT be useful but not against a wall hacking killer like the Nurse... this game is going to die if you continue to cater to the casuals who want to play killer...
I love the contradiction of the new style of play for the new killer "This nurse skill will slow down your sabotage and healing speed so you're forced to work as a team" except the bitch can see you through walls... You should block the killer from seeing survivors in the lobby. Because some survivors are cooperating with the killer. They tell him where I am so that he kills me and when I spectate, I see them farming with him. I'm losing my rank because of trolls like them.
Also, killers who leave the lobby should suffer a penalty. Sometimes it takes forever for me and my friends to play as a team. Everytime we join a lobby, the killer leaves it and create a new one because he wants his friends to join him.

The devs have always said killers are supposed to be stronger then survivors, because they are HUNTING YOU.
All of these people commenting haven't actually played against all rank 1 survivors who abuse infinites and silence generators using the bug, or have extreme juking skills, the survivors have a MASSIVE advantage and people don't know how to utilize it until they already have 100+ hours in the game.
The problem is, yes, the killer is supposed to be stronger than survivers, but when you can't really hide, it gets hard real quick. Think of the effects of the new killer's perks. She can teleport, making it easy to find someone. She can teleport through walls making it easy to hit someone. And even if they do escape, they are already injured and can be seen by the killer anyway. Teammates trying to heal the damege inflected on their teammate will only reveal them further. And so, it's pretty much 90% sure of getting cought, and remember you can telelport, making it easy to find people. Alright, that was the basics.
1. Killer can find and catch easily.
2. killer can see their prey even if they escape.
3. The team is heavily hurt because of one teammate.
4. Because a teammate is almost sure to be found, cought and set on a hook, it makes it VERY hard.
5. Since It will be easy for her to get a teammate on the hook, she pretty much gets that kill, while not much will happen meanwhile. I mean, since when someone is on a hook, all progress is reduced, that makes it very hard to win.
What am I trying to say?
The nurse can woth ease get someone on a hook, which also handicap the others. There is NO escape when getting found. And there is NO progress made when your teammate gets cought.

Her skills punish you either way. Help your teammates? she can see you healing and blink to you. She decides to camp? Slower progress on generators. she doesnt have to worry about survivors fixing too many generators while keeping them away from whoever is on the hooks.
no jump spots when whe teleports! the best they show is a short stun when she teleports bu its taking away your ability to juke the killer. Its next to impossible to lose the killer when theyre on you without jump spots and the crates. The killer can easily catch up to a running victim.
You'd need a speed perk to have even a chance.
The video implies that you're self stunned for a bit after blinking, and even have vision obstruction for a bit.
She can only see you through walls while you're healing, which is already extremely loud and easy to find as is in game, which as somebody that plays a lot of killer, I'd figure is pretty common knowledge, being able to explicitly see somebody that might as well be screaming 'HERE I AM KILL ME PLEASE' is much less powerful than say, smacking somebody and downing instantly, seeing downed victims from 36 meters away, being told if anybody is within 36 meters by the entity, being told if anybody alerts crows, etc.
The breathing one however, (which ironically is the one nobody is talking about) could be really damned strong as it basically guarantees that nobody ever escapes, and that lockers are guaranteed suicide.
Now the slow down generators? yippee, you'll repair generators 6-9% slower, oh noooooo, that's pretty marginal at best. and it only applies if somebody is hooked. If they're camping you still get 2 free generators at the price of nothing.
Meanwhile, Nea has the ability to move twice as fast while crouching, which is incredibly powerful for stealthy gameplay, which means that if you know what you're doing, you're not going to get hit in the first place.
1. The blinking stun occurs after excessive use of blinking in a brief duration, it's made clear in the video, not after every blink or paced blink. You either didn't watch the video thoroughly or intentionally tried to ignore it.
2. I never complained about seeing through walls when healing, not addressing my point.
3. Never complained about breathing, Iron Will exists for a reason. Not addressing my point again.
4. The obvious solution to hook camping without beating the killer over the head for his play style choice is to do things other than trying to save the one being hooked. Now there is a perk that encourages hook camping behavior even further?! Madness I say.
5. Nea's crouched movement speed increase is not 100%, look at the video again, at max I give you 50%. Crouch means garbage when the points I've brought up are in question. If you're on a generator and you see the Nurse coming through premonition or spine chill, have fun with a blinked nurse right on top of you, crouch means shit when that happens.

Also all of her perks are shit lol you can sit here and say they are good but they aren't. The only time the Street Wise perk will be good is only with the Skeleton Key and only if you have Blood Amber add on equipped...Otherwise it's mediocre at best..
Daymiun Again, depending on what the NUMBERS are, it can be extremely OP. 2x more hooks was an example not meant to be taken LITERALLY, just showcasing how it can be POWERFUL. Especially a claudette empathy self healing sprint burst, literally 10+ heal uses.
The Nurse seems amazing visually and gameplay wise but Nea's Perks don't really interest me but does look good visually.

i work with a mobile game company, and i completely support the dead by daylight developers because they spent so much time on this game, they are like one of the best game developers in the world, when i check the game's instruction files on my computer i swear my mobile game's company cannot do anything even close to that!

Too everyone complaining about the nurse being op, just give it a try guys it just means you have to work harder as a team, if one is being chased the rest of the team stick to a generator and when the doors are open that's when you lend a helping hand, get them off hooks and body block the killers hit on injured survivors and so on

Wraith is the worst killer lol once you have spine chill and/or premonition (to a lesser extent) the Wraith is pretty much a killer with no utility.

Ive only ever played as the wraith, the only way i ever lose with him is if someone decides to abuse the map by running in circles like some of the maps have, and if im facing all rank 1 survivors, but other then that i usual win

I prefer to play against the Wraith because I don't have to worry about traps or being one shot by a chainsaw, plus it's easier to unhook people against the wraith compared to the others.
It all depends on how you use him, i have a certain strategy that goes with the perks i have, once i get the first two hooked and dead, its basically game over

As cool as this killer is in concept, how will she carry someone?
Maybe they take a previously seen bug where the killer would make your body float while carrying you and implement it back to the game.
I'm pretty sure she's just going to throw them over her shoulder like everyone else, but what I really want to see a killer too is drag the survivors by their ankles, just using a burst of strength to actually throw them onto the hook when they get there.

Changed many times, including the addition of exhaustion to the perk, increased exhaustion times depending on tiers, and the removal of reduced stagger when exhausted, along with the addition of silence while falling.
Urban Evasion:
Patch 1.3.0 increased the movement speed while crouched to 40%/45%/50%.
Patch 1.7.0 increased it again to 90%/95%/100% while crouched and also made it usable while injured.
Streetwise:
Patch 2.3.0 made the effect linger for teammates for 15 seconds after they leave the range.
Patch 3.0.0 made the values 15%/20%/25%, depending on the tier.

Im going to be using the fuck out of the crouch faster perk.
1. The stats for this killer haven't even been released, this aura reading ability could literally be 10 meters, not to mention it TRIGGERS when the person is HEALING, deerstalker is WAY more powerful then this already and doesn't have a game balance issue.
2. Her blink allows her to teleport at the cost of being slowed down sort of like the wraith, not to mention if you teleport too fast you'll stun yourself.
3. You're trying to tell me a person with saboteur, self healing, sprint burst, and street wise won't break the balance of the game? Imagine if the perk allows your toolbox to break 2+ more EXTRA hooks.
At the end of the day, this is all just guessing, we don't have any numbers, don't cry OP like people did with the wraith when they saw him, game comes out and was hard to fight because no one knew how to play against him, now he's considered the weakest killer in the game. Don't fall victim to the sheep train.
Does anyone know if the Special Edition on PS4 will have this DLC available? This and Myers were 2 of my favorite killers, besides the trapper.

The perk to see survivors healing has a range as when the footage of the perk working the survivor that was being healed appeared but the survivor healing them took a while to pop up as they weren't in range

one thing im confused about with the video, before you explained the nurses perks you were talking about seeing healing survivors from afar is that the perk or is that just another special skill she has? I know you said she has a perk that lets you see survivors healing each other i just didn't understand why it was talked about before the perks were explained in the video. Anybody know for a surety?

love the game im looking forward to the update the surviour seems kind of bad though here are just some of my thoughts
some suggestions for the new survivor nea
1.Balanced landing: can give a speed burst for a couple of seconds too so makes the perk more worth getting and maybe increase the penalty you get while you are falling to make the perk more attractive
2.urban evasion: seems alright no fixing needed same as streetwise: maybe buff a little
3.just an idea for a perk maybe one that if u drop a pallet it is protected by an aura that lasts like extra 2 seconds and during that time it is unbreakable and the nurse cant teleport though it, just an idea
this is written before the update so this is all speculation it might be perfectly balanced when the update comes out so i just have to wait and see like so the devs can see this and maybe it will help the game out

How about you try to fix the problem yourself. Until the devs. do. Try thinking outside of the box and Try switching locations. Montreal, Canada seems to be really fast. Or try a different location if that doesn't work.

People have to learn there are two different types of teams working on this game. One team that works on the bug fixes, and one working on new content. The new content people have nothing to do with the people who are fixing matchmaking and bugs. Jeez.
i would love a thrill seeker survivor where their perks make them run faster while being chased or able to jump off balconys without hurting themselfs or able to have a small percent chance to dodge one of the killer attacks
