KVR garu is anti-KCR like RaGa to Modi. He talks and talks and does nothing constructive. He was once an MP of BRS however BRS/TRS skipped him for Ranjith Reddy. This irked him made him jump to Congress and than to BJP. Coming to Kaleshwaram, there have been some failures especially with Medigadda Barrage but it’s a multi stage lift irrigation project which is more complex to understand for a lay human than Great Wall of China which is on surface and has to fight mild forces of nature. Kaleshwaram was constructed against all financial odds with center not giving a dime. Along with that there were
Other Agricultural irrigation projects left pending by Congress for decades and decades. KCR government spent 2.2 lakh crores to fix all major and minor irrigation projects and another 60,000 crores on restoring tanks and drinking water. The result today is a dry arid Deccan plateau region is water surplus and provides 100% portable drinking water. It has sufficient water for industry and agriculture. Telangana is power surplus and no 1 paddy producer of country and a key driver in IT and Pharma. Unfortunately all this anti-KCR campaign just enough managed to throw KCR out of power and get back Congress. We all know what happens when Congress gets to rule the state and country. Let’s hope for the best.

Please understand the difference between profession vs subject matter expert vs public policy vs politics. KVR, Manmohan Singh are SME in their areas hence the patents and doctorates. KCR, Nehru, Vajpayee, PVNR & Modi are public policy experts. There policies have changed the very nature of economy and impact public well being. KVR, Rahul Gandhi, Revanth Reddy and host other people do politics for their power and survival. They might convince people yet their impact is negligible. It’s not public policies do not have failures and challenges. Demonetization is one of the biggest financial failures the government might try to convince other wise so is Medigadda which has crumbled to forces of River Godavari. Person like Revanth Reddy will sit on it without finding a solution but KCR would have solved the problem on war footing. Unfortunately Telangana public axed their feet by falling to propaganda. You will see the results soon the cost of their blunder.

In India there are politicians who just talk, talk and talk and talk and do nothing.
When someone tries to do something, (might be not executed well), the English speaking ''intellectuals' come out of their burrows to criticize.
Before Telangana was formed no one could atleast say how they can get water for irrigation in Telangana. All these intellectuals and so called experts were either silent or said this region is Deccan plateau and is very high from sea level and cannot get water. They left the farmers either to die or made them leave villages only to work as labourers in cities.
I've never seen an irrigation project of this scale being executed and giving the results in such short span of time. Agree there were some mistakes done in design, quality and there could even be money scam. But when you are building such a big project in such short period, there will be problems. Compare the good and bad, instead of ranting about only about the bad. What was Telangana earlier. Barren lands with dried bores, people fist fighting for water at tankers. Where's all that gone? How did Telangana become no 1 in paddy prodduction? Why were 7 out of 10 chosen as best villages by central government? How was flourosis eradicated from Nalgonda? Problem is we never dare to acknowledge what we have achieved. All we want is critisize and highlight what we didn't achieve.
If it was any other political party which would have executed this project, this would have never seen light in a generation, im sure.
So all the experts, if you have any better ideas solving people's problems, implement it and show. People have elected you for the same.
