I have had slight tinnitus in my left ear for years. Last week, I was in an accident and got a concussion. Since then both ears are constantly squealing at a high pitch. My right ear itches and is leaving liquid on my pillow. Seems strange after getting bumped on the head!

How annoying it is, how simple things like music, mowing, hair drying or other noises aggravate it. Then the migraines/memory loss. I've since seen the ENT they said I've also suffered an Ear concussion with the head concussion. Still going for testing next month. Also when I try to punch in the air 😅, the same kind of things occur maybe because of the poor form/posture, It feels like that when I punch my shoulder and that part of chest moves a little and that shock moves up my neck and head.
Could this also be because of weak neck and head muscles?
