I'd like to try RF Ablation for Cervical DD C5 / C6.
MRI & Ultra Sound has identified the areas where I feel pain.
Sever constant chronic pain only on the left side.
Although I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia for 4 decades since 1982 the pain I have in the left side of my neck only started in 2018.
I'm just not sure if the pain is FM or CDD.
Im Wondering if OHIP / or private insurance cover the RFA procedure.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
    Thank you kindly.

Excellent question! OHIP covers the procedure 100%. You can ask your family doctor or any other specialist in Ontario to place a referral to Bloor Pain Specialists (referrals@bloorpain.com or FAX 647-722-9606). Your doctors can use their own referral forms, but if they want to use ours, they can: bloorpain.com/refer-a-patient/

@@BloorPainSpecialists Thank you so much. I've already discussed this with my physician a while ago after watching your channel. I will be arranging a new appointment to get referred to you. Thank you once again and I'll be intouch shortly.
      The very best to you.

Thanks for this valuable information doctor
    What do think about PRP
I have diffuse disc bulge at l4 l5 and been doing physical therapy for 4 months and I'm not feeling any better,
Also I'm little skeptical about the steroid injection, since I have heard from friends who had them, and the steroid injection was just a very temporary pain relief, or if there is any other solution to treat a bulging disc,
    Thanks again.
