While questioning Mr. Holmes, the police failed to notice that he(Holmes) was wearing full body armor under his clothes. They(the police) asked Mr. Holmes where he was going, he replied; “I am late to get to the airport”. Meanwhile, the pedestrian is begging the police to put Mr. Holmes on a 72 hour psychiatric hold, to make sure that Mr. Holmes is ok and that he doesn’t hurt anyone. The police tell the pedestrian he’s a homeless piece of sh*t and to go f*ck off for having stopped someone who drives such a nice car. It is now believed that the pedestrian saved an unknown number of people from injury and death that day. But this all came out in the trial right?

Well I don’t think the FBI had any part in it. But I’ve heard a saying, “if everyone is on a list, then nobody is.” They simply don’t have the resources to actually deal with these cases before a crime happens
How this judge moved forward with the court proceeding is beyond me. The accused is clearly under the influence of some heavy drugs and not capable of participating in his own defense. The judge should have adjourned the proceeding for at least 24 hours and had the accused brought back when he was no longer under the influence. I'm not defending the guy, but the manner in which this was dealt with was simply wrong. The guy is obviously in la-la-land and given the severity of the charge, he should have been sobered up before bringing him to court.
