This is a nice video for a guy like me with a family to cook for and 1/5 of a cow in the freezer (awesome Christmas present!). It's different but not boujee, I have the ingredients laying around and it's a nice change from having the same old burgers, spaghetti, etc. Thanks allot!

Yummmmm!! I love this. I grew up calling this chicken fried steak even though there is no chicken. And fried chicken prepared like this was chicken fried chicken 😆. Or that’s what the places I went to called it. Perfect gravy !!! Just need a side of mashed potatoes and fried onion rings. This looks so good. I’m drooling.

90% Beef
10% Pork Sausage/Mix them together.
Season Flour with Paprika, Salt&Pepper.
Use *OLIVE OIL!*
(any kind will do)

Yeah I had a video where I can compared fried chicken with pork rinds vs almond flour vs. Coconut flour I think pork rinds were my favorite overall

Do you absolutely need cast iron pan?

Any pan is fine, but I wouldn't use non-stick because you need to get the pan good and hot
