Will say this again: Your forgetting Ronaldo is also dealing with personal tragedy and mental health. It's easy to criticize based off his antics, but he is a human being at the end of the day. Things must have reached a breaking point.

Rashford had a great game and his pressing helped the team so much. Ronaldo scored winner against Everton then had a terrible game against Newcastle, rightfully dropped.

I’d rather see this kind of attitude from Ronaldo than the attitude which was lorded by a lot of United fans last season by that waster Cavani who would regularly not play, and come off the subs bench after every game last season, good vibes and high fives with everyone because he was picking up a pay check whilst wrapping himself in cotton wool for World Cup Qualification for Uruguay.
