Things that the majority of club teams will go out of their way to recruit to make a balanced side, which I've not seen in the England 11 due to prioritizing names over functionality:
    1) Inverted Wingers
    2) Fullbacks playing on their strong foot
    3) A naturally left-foot CB in the heart of defense to add balance and improve percentages in build-up
Pretty much basics in modern football for teams playing a 4-3-3 system.
It's the same old England. Scared to drop big names for the good of the team (and ultimately, the country).

Let the people around the team build confidence and maintain morale. A pundits job is to assess and discuss performances and they are not, and must never be, beholden to any cause or ulterior motive. TBH hearing Shearer, Richards, Lineker and others being so honest rather than spouting the usual platitudes and "must not upset my mates" chit chat was a complete revelation and the way it should be.

Hello Folks, the problem are two fold. The primary probleme lies the England manager who has been able to maintain 'tactical discipline' within the team. For example, Hary Kane's responsibility in the teams is not to 'DEFEND' or constantly straying deep into the 'DEFENSIVE' area for no reason'. Harry Kane is a GOAL SCORER and his main task within the team is to position himself in a ''GOAL SCORING AREA' where he would get the chances to score. Basic football sense is that 'A GOAL scorer 'MUST ALWAYS' stays on the 'HALF WAY CENTRE LINE' no matter the pressure the team is going through. If HARY KANE has stayed on the HALF WAY line, he would have attracted at least two of three opposition defenders with you and thereby reducing the pressure on England's midfield and defence. Once Harry Kane constantly straying and coming deep into England's defensive area, his distance to the opponent goal mouth area was a big 'GAP'. The goal scored by Demark was caused by a MISPLACED and AIMLESS KICK from Harry Kane. Harry Kane made this kick in an area where he not supposed to be. This kick was intercepted by a Denmark's player midfield and resulted into the Denmark's goal. Therefore, my conclusiin is that if Harry Kane DOES NOT understand his role and tasks wihin the team, the England Manager 'Gareth Southgate' should have analysed the deficiencies in Harry Kane's performance and RECTIFY the situation. The manager and his technical back room staff should have noticed this BASIC FOOTBALL tactical structural team defficiencies.
