    00:00 - Difference between Group coaching and individual coaching.
    6:20 - When Stakeholders are new to Agile, after the initial phase of learning, and trying to apply the concept when the first obstacle is encountered , some begin to resist Adoption. How to deal with this situation?

    The best is that there is no right or wrong answer during an interview especially from an agile coaching perspective but adaptation is something which is important... Very well said Saket

    Evaluate individual performance in agile teams? Question is good but the answer and solution provided Saket or paraphrasing questions and the conversation to the solution is Excellent

      Thank you for watching. for me, if I can define the question well, finding the answer becomes easy and sometime the answer is not needed when the question is refined.

    Recognize that it's a process, ups and downs. Break down the big goals to minor ones. Great practical and easily skipped over advice.

    I face one interview as a Scrum Master in middle level organization he asked me few questions like
    1) What is the difference between Scrum and Waterfall model??
    2) Scrum model is always batter than Waterfall model??
    3) Who is responsible for creating the stories and why??
    4) Suppose new teams has given to you which has totally fresher members how you can implement scrum in that team???
    I hope these questions are helpful to the candidate who can appear in scrum master interview.

      @@izenbridge In case of Sprint planning which spans 8 hrs for a 1month sprint,does the planning has to be done in a single day or it can be spread over to few days as convenient ?
