Dear Lyssa: I’m reading your book for the second time. Thank you also to Simon for providing this clarity about who an Agile Coach is. THANK YOU.

Like the framework, great abstraction of a very complex set of roles we juggle. I'd like to see it integrated with a client/business/organization "Agility Fertility" graphic. It's one thing to gauge our competencies as coaches, but we operate within organizations that have their own strengths and weaknesses - the most effective pairing would consider both. If anyone's seen something like that, please let me know; it'll save me some effort to create my own. Great stuff though, thanks!!

Technical = DevOps experts, no need to try to call them Agile Coaches, just stresses the profession unnecessarily.

      Technical is broader than DevOps.
