- Recently people have been asking me to share a stretch routine that they can do at home. I figured I do this enough myself so I might as well film it and share it. And guess what? This is LITERALLY what I've done for decades. The reason all of my stretch programs look so similar is because consistency is what builds flexibility. Not stretching one thing this week and then another thing next week. I strongly recommend you BUILD THIS into your workout routines and allot extra time at the end of every single workout to get this in.
