This is just a personal upload to showcase my 3D environments from 2022, all made with Unreal Engine 4, 5, and 5.1. A couple years ago I was inspired to make environment showcases like Quixel Rebirth, memories of Australia, the Third and the Seventh, and The Library of Babel (all linked below). I thought it would be a great idea to recreate some of the locations I discovered on my travels, starting with a few from my trip to St. John's Newfoundland (the foggiest place in the world) But when I first opened UE5 in 2021 to recreate Singal Hill (the first render in this showcase) I failed miserably, and it took nearly one year to return to the project and complete the version in this showcase. It's why I made a bunch of tutorials in 2022 on my channel, to help you guys get up to speed. To help people out who were in the same boat as me: full of inspiration, but no technical knowledge to bring it to life.
The muisc in this showcase (besides the Camp Mograph one, which I made) were created by my very best friend, @Feverkin, who was with me on the St. John's, Newfoundland trip (and other adventures). Throughout the year, I'de send him a render, and he'd create a custom ambient piece for the render. For this showcase, he mixed them all together for you, and additional foley sounds to really put us in these environments.
Lastly, my goal with this was to not only showcase my 3D scenes, and Feverkin's music, but to give you guys an audio/visual experience you can loop at your house, in the car, etc. Think of it like those 4 hour photoshopped, jazzy coffee shop loops, but a bit more cinematic. Sit back and enjoy!

Wonderful montage man! Super relaxing and a great showcase of your work this year. And Feverkin never disappoints!
Yeah man, he's the one! Thanks Miche!
This showcase and especially your tutorials are one of the primary resources helping me along my journey of learning unreal engine. Thank you Clint
So glad I can help inspire and educate on the 3D front. Cant wait for what 2023 will bring!
Each environment pairs with a tutorial if you want to explore them further: czcams.com/play/PLFB0oFTSWSYbQZwuQrKOf5fRnKIw8yKpV.html
There's also 5 penguins in total scattered through the environments. Bet you can't find them all.
goddammit now i am focusing on finding the penguins
Would you make a tutorial on how you made the mograph music someday? 😄
Done!
Happy new year Clint and everyone else. Thanks for being genuine.
I started my unreal journey a week ago. It's hard to find energy and motivation at the end of a full time day job to experiment with this massive piece of software.
Your inspirational talks in the beginning of your tutorials are my favourite part.
I wish you all lots of success and freedom to create.
Clint, you are KILLING IT, dude! Excellent job at not just conveying an environment, but a *feeling*.
Unjustfully, this video only has 74K views. Soon to be 75K though with how much I'm revisiting this. Such a great collection of artworks which are not only inspiring to me as a 3D artist, but also help me generally be more productive as this ambience always gets me "in the zone". Thanks Clint!
Hi Clint, I am glad I have discovered your channel last year alone. Ever since you have upped my interest into wanting to learn Unreal Engine 5 into my workflow for environment creations, potential use for future games when I get better skills of learning GameDevolopment on my solo journey. I would love to thank ya for existing and showing me the capability that Unreal Engine 5 has to offer for fun projects. Thanks for growing my interest in this great engine. Hope ya had a great 2022 and hope you have a great new year of 2023.
I love the forest portal, looks so trippy
Well done, Clint! 😃I always appreciate the amount of time and effort you put into your work. Really looking forward to watching your skills grow and the new community challenges you'll come up with in 2023!
Been watching your videos for a while now and I'm inspired to get back to blender and UE. Thanks for keeping the dream alive bud,
And happy new year
Also started learning Unreal recently. You've been a big source of inspiration for me and hopefully it'll take me down a path that will change my life.
Thanks Clint. All of the best for the new year bud!
you are not only inspiring me and giving me the push to go with my own you also teaching me a lot of lessions that going through my heart, my respectful obeisances to you.
i can tell this is going to be good
Damn that is beautiful. I really really liked the music and the atmosphere and everything. This is the type of music I like the most
so many vibes. Happy new years!
Amazing work. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Happy new year!
These are truly works of beauty Clint!!! Very relaxing and cheerful ambiance thank you for the amazing videos you put out!!
So glad u liked it!
Using Unreal for long renders is such a good idea. Next ambient track i make im gonna try that out
For me it's an approachable way to create stuff that's not Tooooo involved (like making an entire short film) Have you seen Baraka? Like that!
@@pwnisher yeah i dig Unreal, normally i go Redshift just because i love the full quality, but seeing this with the ambient music gave me a lightbulb moment. Love ambient streams on YT, and with Unreal could be a cool way to make a unique one. Thabks for the inspo!
@@pwnisher also yeah i love Baraka, Koyanisqaatsi, all those 🫠🫠
@@regularmenthol i feel ive got that lightbulb moment too, i could watch a loop of these enviroments for hours
Happy new year Clint!!!!!💫🍾🎆🎉
Wow definitely you should make more videos of just non commentary environment videos. These are so relaxing with the music too 😍
Wow this is so fantastic. Modern day plein air painting!
Thank you this is pure inspiration 🙌😄
I really can’t tell that it’s not a real video. Amazing
That water scene is mind blowing beautiful. Love this channel so much and I'm too excited to learn more cool things from you. Happy New Year bro🙏
Thanks so much 😊
All perfectly photorealistic. If you told me those were shot on location I would believe you.
Your page is really great. Thank you for all the helpful tutorials. :)
Holy sh*t Clint, that Moving Meditations upgrade is INSANE.
This is excellent… Great job! I really like some of the sound design, too :-)
Absolutely incredible!
Great work man , love you from egypt .
Sooo relaxing
Man, the third one made me tear up a little ç.ç Great work man!
Incredible. Art.
Amazing work.
It's just amazing ❤️❤️❤️
awesome truly
I’m so excited
This is just inspiration knocking
Amazing ❤
Fantastic!
Fabulous! I would like to learn how to make such locations for my cartoons.
Impresionante!, es muy relajante
People are really hyped around the 5.2 and 5.3 features
It would be really cool if you took one of these scene and showed us if these updates are really than jaw dropping
Still one of the best ambiences
Nice work amigo 🤘
This is awesome 🔥, just one question, what’s your takeaway from this one year journey that you realize that you are doing wrong in the first time, but get you get better / know your mistake as you progress?
nice
Hi Dear I face the big issue I hit the render button unreal crash then I open the project again all object are disappear but under outliner I have my objects
I just found your channel and im brand new to 3d art. I watched ur video with the door in the jungle and i was wondering how u get the details panel on the right side because it's not popping up for me :() Ur channel is great btw..
I want to start learning 3D for (animated) illustrations. Do you recommend using Unreal over blender?
I was looking at the foliage of the first scene and then wondered if you can randomize how it moves? Or is it possible to play around with some wind settings so that all the foliage moves like how the wind is set up?
What do I do if your console commands for MRQ are being super alias-y, jagged shadows? For some reason the default UE settings in MRQ render a million times better than inputing console variables. A few other people on the forums have this issue in 5.1, but lots of great work like yours and no issues at all?
in Mt. Baldy | Southern California clip if there is some snow footprint is there it make more realistic ( just my personal opinion)
About what trips are we talking because I can't see the elves?
When is the new challange coming up?
Can you tell us how long some of these renders took to look this perfect
I did the first and second one live on stream, and the others took anywhere between a day and a week. The last render took a month about.
@@pwnisher I figured they were just perfection no way to do that in 10 hours or so lol. My problem is my renders come out with this weird flicker on metals or lights if the cameras move it’s so ugly.
Yeeeeeiii
Just curious what makes someone proficient in a 3D program like cinema 4d, want to render out scenes in UE? What makes UE the program of choice?
When will it start?
Can anybody help me with procedurally generating buildings?
what music name pls? all of em
which version did he use?
🤤🤤🤤
This one is a year already wot
🎉💯🔥
Wait wha- how did you do that!? That's illegal

A wonderful and atmospheric collection of engine art. It's inspiring to see all the details and little movement you've managed to create in these scenes of yours. I was struck by the desire to show you my short film Messages czcams.com/video/50vLDx2kIBc/video.html, which I created with Twinmotion and Unreal Engine in 2021. It is also a montage where the idea of communication is connected to each scene. It is a story about invisible messages that we send even though we have no certainty that they will ever reach their destination. Happy New Years Clint! Your UE path has been great to follow. I have learned a lot. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next.
🐸💣
I heard Pixar used 24,000 core supercomputer to compile whole animations and super detail graphics. 7 hrs/frame x 24 frames/s x 60 s/min x 103min = 1,038,240 hrs or 117 years to finish compiling the movie. . Super computer - Toy story 3 takes 1084 days to make the movie and cost 200 million dollars. 😳 The maximum level for photorealistic game is 1- 5 level. Don't make 4 - 50 game levels. it will take longer to render, compile lighting, and compress the data. Video games can't handle petabyte data. My games used up 100 terabyte making for 10 levels.I stopped level ten. I don't have super computer. I have to make game smaller like short story poem.
salam alekum

This is one year from zero knowledge of 3D Environment to this?
Dude. You spent way too long on static shots of each scene. Even at 2x speed, it was too much time spent scene. Even worse, your sound design choice was unfortunate, because unlike a lot of kusic at 2x speed, it the audio becomes unbearable to listen to because it becomes nothing but screeching.
There was virtually nothing happening in these scenes. This video should have been 5 minutes long, max.
