    Kara has the footwork similar to a snooker player, but again most of the backhand dominant players have non text book footwork. But most people simply miss the fact that his ability to read the spin and return of serve and severely limit opponent's 3rd ball attack is very effective without the fancy bananas strawberries etc. I think his touch in his return of serve is at par with his backhand.

      He broke Truls game down! Most of his game is based off 2 things his serve and then the opponent's spin. Then he does what Kara did to him, move the ball and vary the spin.

      True, Karasevic is an old fox. This was a lesson in that it sometimes is more important to be wise than good. I don't belive Truls has had so poore exchange for his serves in a long time. Karasevic read them to pieces, attacking right away.... and returning so so good.

Better touch thab Waldner- why?because Kara is overwieght his entire career and waldner was not..i would like to see waldner with 15kg more playing 15-20 years in top 100 ranking ... because of everything Kara has in he arsenal he wins the points easy and without much power and running and nobody was doing that like he was doing it...im sorry you dont see it and at least hear the words of other people saying if Kara was a top athelte he would be top 5 in his prime

    • @ChEiPs
      @ChEiPs Před 4 lety

      @@rvsalonga3065 During the European Championships Liam Pitchford performed quite badly; probably due to him switching from Butterfly to Victas which forced him to get accustomed to a new blade & rubber combo with little time to adjust. I believe he went from a Mizutani ZLC & T05 to ZX-Gear IN & V>15 Extra.
      Truls has played with a Carbonado 190 & Mantra H for a long time but very recently switched to Carbonado 290 & DNA Pro H leading up to/coinciding with the release of DNA.
      It's generally not a good idea to switch equipment when you have little to no time to get used to the new playing characteristics. Not only will you make unforced errors, but you lose a lot of confidence when your equipment behaves in ways your muscle memory & subconscious thinks is erratic.
