      Dear Suhail,
      Greetings!
Cryptocurrency transactions are typically irreversible and immutable, and once you send cryptocurrency to another person's wallet address, you cannot reverse or cancel the transaction. However, if the recipient claims that they did not receive the tokens even though you have evidence of sending them to the correct address, you can take the following steps:
Verify Transaction Details: Double-check the transaction details, including the recipient's wallet address and the transaction ID. Ensure that you sent the tokens to the correct address.
Communicate with the Recipient: Contact the recipient and provide them with the transaction ID and any other relevant information to prove that you initiated the transfer. Ask them to check their wallet or transaction history for the incoming tokens.
Blockchain Explorer: You can use a blockchain explorer, a tool available for most cryptocurrencies, to verify the status of the transaction. You can search for the transaction ID on the blockchain explorer to confirm whether the tokens were successfully sent to the recipient's address.
Escrow Service: If you used an escrow service, inform the service provider of the situation and provide them with evidence of the transaction. Escrow services are often used to provide a level of trust and security in cryptocurrency transactions, and they may be able to mediate disputes.
Mediation or Legal Action: If the recipient continues to claim that they did not receive the tokens, and you have proof that you sent them correctly, you may need to consider mediation through the escrow service or, in extreme cases, legal action, depending on the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
It's essential to exercise caution when conducting cryptocurrency transactions and ensure that you are dealing with trustworthy individuals or platforms. Always double-check transaction details and consider using established escrow services or reputable cryptocurrency exchanges for added security. Additionally, be aware that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design, so it's crucial to take precautions to avoid disputes and potential losses.

      Dear Dharma Ram
An escrow agent in India is a bank or financial institution that acts a third party and maintains the escrow account. While the deposited amount may be in Indian rupees or Dollars or any currency as agreed upon in the contract between the buyer and seller involved in the transaction, the withdrawal would also be in the same currency and it would be the responsibility of the escrow agent(bank) to ensure that.
So be it Rupees or any other currency, the bank or financial institution acting as escrow agent would facilitate the transaction as per the agreed terms and conditions of the financial contract between the parties involved in the sale and purchase of the property, etc.
