    Thank You for sharing this Wonderful and Amazing Recipe. I'm Jamaican and I can make pholourie from the package lol, not from scratch as yet. Anyway I love how simple your recipe for the mango chutney is and I'm going to try making it tomorrow afternoon. You are very nice and Thank you again for sharing your recipe.

    Girl it's 2am in the morning and you got my mouth watering for some mango chutney and pholourie. LOL. Miss my childhood in Trinidad. Left when I was 6 and only been back a few times a very long time ago. Wish I had spent more vacation time there instead of traveling the world.

    delicious mango chutney, but i make it with a lil bit of massala and fry it up with mustard oil, or fry oil.

    You can gradually add the mangoes in the blender so you won't need as much water 😉

      I usually put the ziploc bag in some warm water and leave it to come to room temperature

    Now this is how you make Trini mango chutney. I just saw something on another person's video and I don't know what you call that. Lol. She cut up the mangoes small and just mixed it with other seasonings and called it mango chutney. Lol madness. 🙄

    a NICE recipe...will try it. If u are using ur fingers in future vid then dont keep nail polish on. ALso would be nice if the area is clear , w/o that green mat. Place the finish product in a white container for presentation :)

      Christa Collymore I don't live in Trinidad. Everyone makes it differently, I like to put some sugar in it, it's optional

      Um, who doesn't add sugar to their mango chutney? Unless you are using fully ripened mangoes, you need sugar to balance the tartness of the mangoes. So yes, she fuh real by adding sugar.
