This is very nice. Its famous in Guyana. We say mango sour but its the same thing. What we called mango chutney is the one that we grate with a hand grater. Your sour looking so good. We eat it with Bara, polourie, boiled channa, dal puri and goes well with lots of other snacks. Excellent job, as always keep up the good works 🇬🇾🇨🇦❤

I always wonder how to make it, thanks again for your help with it, want to see how to make the (polourie) not sure if it spelt properly. My grandma used to make it for a living at oudhan Trace don Miguel famous shop years ago. As I said thanks again.
