Carnitas , Corundas and to many more like MICHOACAN they don't Have Birria and Carne en su Jugo like Guadalajara JALISCO does Every state has a different dishes

Question for you. Been watching your videos and enjoying the content. Supposed to be going there in a few months and had a friend go 5 years ago for a college trip and he and most of the group was sick most of the month there. We have small kids so hoping to avoid whatever he had and anything close to what you shared on the coast. Any observations there on anyone getting sick ect?

Technically before the colonization Mexican food was vegetarian and healthy and when it came to meat Aztecs ate a lot of Turkey and bugs were also protein. Till this day our traditional foods are very healthy and vast.

Best food in Mexico is in Michoacán, Oaxaca 2nd place.
La comida mexicana que es hecha en los Estados Unidos es por michoacanos y jalicienses. Esto quiere decir que para los norteamericanos ya es costumbre y quieren variar. La comida del sur de México, empezando con Oaxaca a Yucatán son elaboradas más naturalmente y eso les da curiosidad a los extranjeros. La comida con carne es consumida en todo México y tortillas por supuesto.

Only wish there was no globalist propaganda B.S. about meat being "bad for the environment." NO ONE makes insects the staff and the bulk of their rations, even in the cultures that traditionally eat insects - because we don't have the digestive capacity to process them like other animals do. Chitin, the stuff insect exoskeletons are made of, cannot be propely broken down in our bodies, so it has potential to cause allergies and eventually, even autoimmunity. Trying an occasional local delicacy is fantastic, but the globalist climate scam agenda has as its key purpose to make all the actually healthy foods inaccessible for us and to force the entire population to eat a diet consisting primarily of insects and processed plant proteins that are really, really bad news for the health for A LOT of people.
