This is democracy. An empty parliament ! A picture tells a thousand words. People, wise up to the truth even if it blinds you - there is no such thing as 'democracy' ! Listen ! Ancient Athens would speak to our world. Let me interpret what she says - 'Our oligarchs and demagogues stole our democracy, and left us defenseless in the face of our enemies. Your oligarchs and demagogues have done the same to you. Learn from our fall , before your enemies within and your enemies without , lay waste to your kingdom.'

There never was a “democracy” here - the media have never been free either and within EVERY media outlet there IS a government “security” advisor who decides what the public can and cannot see or learn from their “news”….it’s all a lie of huge proportions.

George Galloway is right about one thing, there are far too many unelected people in our country. Firstly, there is the matter on the monarchy, (which should be abolished) NOBODY ever voted them into that position, they proclaimed themselves Kings and Queens, and those who opposed them were quickly slaughtered. This has been going on for thousands of years, even today, they have NO LEGAL rights to be in that position, and should anyone bring that up in the House of commons, which NEVER be allowed, you can be should they would be dealt with severely. I regress, back to unelected officials, we have Gordon Brown, Theresa May, Elizabeth Truss, and now Rishi Sunak, all unelected PMs by the people, and don’t forget unknown Humza Yousaf also unelected as FM. Did we really ever have a democracy in this country, I no longer believe in that. Why have the likes of the traitor Tony Blair, David Cameron, and a few others who were ousted years ago being allowed back into politics? Our entire country has become so corrupt that we are no longer a democracy. We really are on the verge of a revolution, a French style revolution, where head WILL roll. Has any of the politicians ever watch the video on CZcams about a speech where Oliver Cromwell demeaned all the members, by calling them corrupt, whore mongers, just before he dissolved parliament, the speaker of the House should show this video in the house of commons. NOTHING has change since that great speech.

They are the only ones with the direct link and connection and can interpret his wishes, which are for them to hold the power and their properties not be subject to any taxation, but instead the subjects to provide their labor for maintenance and upkeep and a bit of discretionary spending. Cameron was literally head of the Conservative party when they won their election. We also do not have the facility to vote for PM in this country, and we don't want one either because that's personality politics like the US's fucked up system. The issue with our democracy is:
      1. The voting public do not properly hold our elected ministers to task. We mostly vote in based on rosette colour and pay no attention after that.
      2. FPTP as a voting method means that the people are less accurately represented in Parliament.
