- In this video, I will show you How to Build Indoor Aviary for Budgies. It's a budgie cage where they will have space to fly. You can use it on bird species, parakeets, or large parrots. It can't be used outdoors because it is made from wood and can be very dangerous from wild animals. Indoor bird cage only.

That Cage is good and it looks like they're enjoying it. I personally would've used sandpaper to make the outer wooden frame more smooth. You never know what could happen... I used to own budgies since I was 9 years old. Beautiful birds. 😁

I see the reason for painting the cage, though I prefer natural wood for its beauty and no paint fumes. Your budgies are so beautiful!!! Really love the outdoor aviary.

You white budgie with light blue spots reminds me of my budgie who unfortunately passed away last year. As budgies with these colours are not that common is it possible that they don't live that long?

hi @alexnap i'm a beginner and most of the cages i see for budgies use walls at the back and at the side? why not use screen or mesh on all sides?

I was afraid it was going to be too complicated and I would have to bother other people by asking for help but it seems so simple!
I'm going to make some modifications but this helped a lot. I'm not going to paint the cage because my cockatiels completely destroy any wood that appears in front of them and I don't want them to eat paint lol

Which is recommended to birds owner to keep their budgies indoor or outdoor?
almost exclusively indoor, its a very bad idea to keep them outdoors. he did it for a video, I get it, but passing birds can transfer diseases easily that can wipe them out, and thats not even looking at all the other issues.

Paint is water based it is safe, you can get bee hive paint
