    How To Make Chicken Fried Rice:
    Ingredients:
    1 tbsp oil
    3 eggs
    Salt to taste (approximately ¼ tsp)
    2 tbsp oil
    6 cloves garlic, sliced
    500 grams boneless chicken, diced
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1 cup carrots, sliced
    1 cup capsicum, sliced
    1 cup green peas
    1 cup sweet corn
    1/2 cup spring onion (white part), chopped
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    500 grams boiled rice
    1 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1/2 cup spring onion (green part), chopped
    Preparation:
    Cook Scrambled Eggs:
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Crack the eggs into the pan, add salt to taste, and fry for 1 minute until slightly set.
    Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then transfer them to a plate and set aside.
    Stir-Fry Chicken:
    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok over medium heat.
    Add sliced garlic and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
    Stir in diced chicken and cook for 3 minutes over high heat until it starts to brown.
    Season with salt and black pepper powder, continue stir-frying for another 3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
    Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes until the chicken is well coated.
    Add Vegetables:
    Add sliced carrots, capsicum, green peas, sweet corn, white part of spring onion, and shredded cabbage to the wok.
    Stir-fry for 3 minutes over high heat until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Incorporate Rice:
    Add boiled rice to the wok and mix well with the chicken and vegetables.
    Season with additional black pepper powder, vinegar, and dark soy sauce.
    Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat, ensuring the rice is evenly coated and heated through.
    Final Assembly:
    Add the scrambled eggs and chopped green part of spring onion to the wok.
    Mix everything together until well combined.
    Serve hot and enjoy this delicious Chicken Fried Rice!
    Note: You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences and add additional vegetables or protein as desired.
