This is the longplay of the game Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros 3, developed and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance and it is an enhanced remake of the NES game Super Mario Bros. 3, and is based on the remake found in Super Mario All-Stars for the Super NES.
The story begins in a period where, thanks to the efforts of Mario and Luigi, the Kingdom of the Mushroom was at peace. However, this same kingdom forms an entrance to the World of Mushrooms, where things go from bad to worse. Bowser sent his seven children to the different worlds to do their mischief as they pleased. There, each one of them stole the scepters of the kings and turned them into animals. It is now up to our fellow plumbers to retrieve the scepters and return the kings to their original forms with the help of Princess Peach, who communicates with the heroes through letters. All, however, was nothing more than a distraction so Bowser could capture Princess Peach. With this "whimsical" story, we begin our adventure in the World of Mushrooms.
In this video I tried to include everything I could, including all flutes, all white mushroom houses (which in this version are blue, just like in Super Nintendo) and all stages completed. Hope you like it. - Hry

It was so refreshing to see this! I used to play this so much as a child and I felt all sorts of chills when the familiar theme songs came on. Sounds goofy, but it’s nostalgic! My favorite parts were the levels with everything enlarged and the levels with the creepy sun haha.

All versions of this game are masterpieces. For me personally though, I always end up playing the NES version because I love the aesthetics.

Me too gravy man. I still have the same joy and appreciation I had towards it as a child. Truth be told, I never really let myself develop nostalgia simply because I've never gone more than a year without playing it, haha. The vibrant colors, the music, the voice effects, the e-Reader content, all make this game so charming when compared to the other versions. Undoubtedly one of the greatest games ever made.

The shit I love about the Super Mario Advance games is when Mario says "MAMA MIA!" everytime he loses a life.
This is one of the first games I ever got into on my GBA, back when I was like six. I struggled with it SOOOO much. I think the only reason I was able to get through the last two worlds as a kid was the help of a friend from school. We would take turns playing on the bus and she was much better at the game than me, lol.
That's nice. When I was 6 years old, my sister always did the Towers (becuz I was scared of Boom Boom at the time) and I did the Koopalings :)

When my sister and I were kids and played the original on the NES, for some reason she would sing along to the music from the underwater levels with her own lyrics. It would begin with "Oh there is lots of neat stuff in a turbine generator"

Man, this game got the best of me when I was like 10. This one level kept triggering me that I just stopped playing all together… I guess that’s why I haven’t played in so long but I’ll get back to complete the entire game… eventually… the Mario Movie is giving me a lot of nostalgia to go back and play those games again… nostalgia really can hit you in the face at times like this…

This is the best version overall but I'll always have a spot in my heart for the NES version since that's the one I played during my childhood (despite NEVER beating it).

saving made this game so much better as well as the annoying character noises compared with the bland original no save NES version
I was able to cheese my way to the end of the game on NES but never experienced the full game until I got this version which I was super stoked for because I didn't have to do the whole game in one damn sitting (I had no idea this is based off the SNES version). Plays exactly like the original version and looks really good..

That is the most dominant World 1 run through I've ever seen. And I thought 23 lives was impressive after completing the first castle.
I'm so glad i got this game, it awesome on either console or handheld. Got all of the Super Mario Advance series and bet them, love 2 and 4 the most. Love the added features, wish they have the unlimited p wings like in the NES version. I never had the e reader at all, the l and r buttons do not work at all no more on my sp and ds lite, it wore out in no less than a year.
OOF, YOWZA, not good. My DS lite's screens are getting a little dim and I have them on the highest light setting. It also needs a new battery soon and won't play my games anymore. I think it needs reset. I love writing stories in the Picto chat though, so much fun.
@@shainahullihen1159 the GBA is still my top 3 handhelds I love, I've enjoy the DS but not my top 3 handhelds for me, love the ps Vita it may not sold the most but I've enjoy it a lot. Love modded consoles and handhelds nowadays.

HOORAY FOR SUPER MARIO BROS 3!
This game was already amazing on the NES, of course this version was the cherry on top. The thing I didn't like in the original version was that despite being such a great game it didn't have a save feature, so you would have to start over and over to explore the levels. Thankfully here and in the SNES version that was fixed, it has so many amazing levels.

Probablement la meilleure version de smb3 connue a ce jour avec de nombreux bonus supplémentaires par apport à l'original et un générique de fin spécialement créé a l'occasion si on terminé tout les niveaux du jeu! Pour info les japonais on eu le droit a une version que eux seuls on eu droit appelée e reader (une extension pour lire des codes barres qui permet d'obtenir des objets supplémentaires comme le boomerang) et des niveaux caches
