  • In 2014, TMPP developed and introduced the first adjustable pedal assembly for fast door slammer racing. This design was a major leap forward as it solved common fitment and driver compatibility issues that plagued racers and builders since the 1980’s.
The brilliantly executed billet components provides ultimate control over pedal and steering locations which has improved resale values of cars and saved racers thousands of dollars in custom fabrication time. At the same time, the adjustable pedal design allowed for traditional steel and titanium pedal systems to remain compatible within, adding to the universality of the design.
Fast forward to 2023, TMPP is ready to improve door slammer pedal systems once again…
Just like traditional welded pedal assemblies, individual steel and titanium pedals lack the ease of use and adaptability desired by racers today. To combat this issue, TMPP has developed a line of Modular Billet Aluminum Pedals.
    DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Designed as a drop-in replacement for welded steel and titanium pedals, the new line of Billet Aluminum Pedals generates adjustment options that previously required a trip to a fabrication shop.
To achieve this, TMPP’s engineers have spent almost 5 years designing, testing and redesigning to ensure the Billet Pedal designs met the following criteria.
    1. Retain strength and reliability expected by racers
    2. Retain the same ratios, dimensions and layout as existing welded pedals
    3. Final weight similar to existing pedals
    4. Added adjustability and modularity
From a simple sketch on paper, the development quickly moved into computer modeling where months of design, shape optimizations and load simulations were flushed out. 3D printed models eventually turned into machined aluminum parts that were physically tested in the real world. Testing lead to improvements and the same process was repeated seven times over 3+ years until there was a design that exceeded all expectations.
Once all pedal designs were confirmed, it was time to develop a manufacturing process. This required creating dozens of fixtures, new tooling and methods that were sharply refined to provide a consistent, quality and reasonably priced product.

Nice styling. Just the right amount of "sexy" incorporated without being over engineered. Looks like something I would make 👍

Its about time somebody brought the pedals up to the level of the rest of the car. Pedals have always been kind of an ignored detail that makes all the difference.

I don't think it has being ignored I just think it's been a very difficult task to come up with a system that is as light and strong as the 4130 they have obviously put a ton of effort and work and investment to get there on the weight side beautiful peace

Great product since you 3d print the pedal pads you can put your company logo would be a nice touch plus if you put it raised and will help with grip

Definitely a good idea. We have done that in the prototyping phase but decided to go with a generic pad with no branding for our kits. We have a lot of other builders that use our kits and prefer not to have any branding included.
