    In theory this does make sense but in reality you can not daily consume enough vegetables or food that can help you get all the necessary vitamins or minerals. We do need multivitamin.

      Even liver firstly needs nutrients to fetch the nutrients out of food.
      Not everyone's liver fetch equal amount of nutrients.
      Multivitamins are very helpfull. I take becasule and maxirich and they are very helpfull in my daily activities i feel lazy and weak

    When I was not taking Vitamin D3 my blood result came 27.5 ( Ref range 50~250). After taking twice a week now value is 188. I think Vitamin dose helped.

      Yess no doubt ki ye help krte h... he is saying ki multi vitamin alg alg ek sath leke sochna, ki koi bhi vitamin m mai deficienct nhi rhunga... toh ye galt h... because some vitamin don't allow other vitamins to get absorbed when taken at the same time....at the end he says fix your overall diet then take vitamins you are deficient in.

    Mostly multivitamins are overdosed just to prevent losses in case of long term preservation...so at the time of consuming the tablet...it would have been reduced from the number written on the label.....but it is very good that it is underdosed...because you will get most of the vitamins and minerals from your diet and the tablets will just enhance your daily goals to reach rda....also the composition is such that the components that reduce the absorption of other doesnt really do much damage...and you get the results....and also multivitamins are not medicines but supplements.....it is part of diet and not your medicine stack.....so there is no problem in taking it.

    1)Nutrilite Daily Ka Naam suna Hai....
    2)Multivitamins are Food Supplements not Food Replacement so if you want to be healthy, you have to take vitamins for a longer period of time.
    3)Sirf Calcium and Iron AEK sath nahi liya jaata hai..but multivitamins me kaafi low mg k vitamins hote hain....so you can take it.

    I'm a student and also a vegetarian, I get little to no sunlight on my skin most of the days.
    I know for sure my diet is not enough to supply all the vitamins and minerals in the body in the right amount.
    Hence I take a multivitamin cum mutimineral tablet which has 100% RDA on most of the ingredients
    And I take it before going to bed at night.
    I know that my body is not going to absorb all the 100% vitamins and minerals available in the tablet , but since my body will slow down the digestion when I'm asleep so my body gets more time to absorb more vitamins and minerals, still it will not absorb all the 100% but that's okay because the remains required daily dose is fulfilled by the food I eat at day time.
    This is how I overcame my deficiency of vitamin D and B, and since B is a water soluble vitamin so to get the maximum benefit of it is to take B vitamin at bedtime at night, because then most of the B vitamin won't get flushed in the toilet.

    I follow a particular diet, in which I take Chicken breast, but with it I take curd also.
    Iron and calcium interfere with each other for absorption that's why generally on Mondays I eat chicken breast with liver and I leave curd our of it for atleast 1-2 hours in between

      You must learn and follow a correct diet for it.
      Even meat eaters fall deficient of nutrients based on how they eat.
      I chose meat for convience of protien and cheapness.

    Multivitamins should only be used when they are actually needed to compensate the deficiency of these vitamins and minerals in the body. Sometimes we don't get proper food items and even if we get what is guarantee that a particular fruit or vegetable contains the specified amount of vitamins and minerals. Most importantly our digestive system be perfect to absorb these nutrients into our body.

    If u r in a hostel ..u r unsatisfied with mess food quality..you must take a good multivitamin everyday...to fulfil atleast basuc requirement of your body...😢..so multivitamims should not be prohibited 🚫 in this way...

    Soil is deficient in nutrients due to over harvesting, so everything we consume today is deficient in nutrients. Good luck fulfilling your daily RDAs with just food. Sure way to be deficient. I had the best possible diet and yet I was deficient in B12, magnesium and D3. Supplements help a lot! Don't hate on them without any reasonable ground

    multi vitamin may not help you completely and is not an alternative to food....but it definitely helps you maintain good health in long term... yes they are under dosed because if they are dosed at 100% then if same vitamin is present in food we take, it will become overdose and we will face health issues.. so to tackle that issue.. multivitamins are underdosed... overall it's better to take multivitamin than to take nothing... they sure do help us

    So I am consuming Muscle Blaze multi vitamins
    rda 100% daily recommend dose
    That's y I am using.
    I used for 3 months and mircle changes
    Now I am consuming it weekly once r twice only

    So I am using MB multivitamin tablets
    And its completely 100 dose ❤
    Iron and calcium are opp so they underdoses only one minirals
    So no problem

    This is perfectly rice now many and myself habituated to take multivitamins so some times hypervitaminosis also chances to cause since that time I reduced and stopped taking them but rarely I take.....
