    Maturity is understanding what she is saying ia right! I don’t agree avoiding wheat because it’s part of our daily diet. But of course u can replace it with ragi, jowar or bajra rotis for somedays and enjoy having whole some nutrition. Sugar should be consumed in a limit, less salt also makes sense, n ajwain water is good for digestion & helps boost your immunity against cough n cold .
