PERFECT SINGAPORE NOODLES - BETTER THAN TAKEOUT

- Ingredients: Recipe serves 3
450g Rice Noodles
200g Boneless Chicken
2 Eggs
12- 15 King Prawns
1 each Red, Yellow Peppers
1 Carrot
1/2 Medium Onion
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
Vegetable Oil
Spring Onions
SLURRY INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Bouillon Cubes ( I used 1 Knorr Chicken Cube)
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Curry Powder
TO SEASON THE CHICKEN:
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Knorr Chicken
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt to taste

I followed your recipe and made this, omg it was too good! Honestly the best meal I’ve ever made. I couldn’t find sesame oil in the shops so didn’t use it but is there an alternative for next time as I will be making this again. Thanks so much and I live for your videos.

Hi from Singapore! Love this recipe! One tip if I may regarding the vermicelli. I never ever soak vermicelli in hot water. I simply soak it in tap water till it is all soft. This ensures the 'crunch' in the noodles. For glass noodles, yes u must soak in hot water. Other than that, everything is perfect!

@@TheSusulove Glass noodles are made with potato starch whereas vermicelli is made with rice :) Glass noodles have a glossy, transparent look to them. Hope this helps!

I got the things together to have this for my supper tonight. Absolutely delicious it is. Never had rice vermicelli before. It's lighter and more subtle than egg noodles. I used rapeseed oil. I love your attention to detail and easy to follow video - and your gorgeous voice !! 10/10

Made this tonight & it turned out amazing! The sesame oil added the nicest flavor to it. I added Worcestershire sauce when sautéing the beef. Everything came out perfect 😍

It came out so good!!! I actually used ground beef because that's what I had and I seasoned the meat and by mistkae put all the spices and the sauce ingredients together with the noodles, it came out amazing tho!
Hi, love Singapore noodles too , if you don’t mind , l never use hot water to separate the vermicelli noodles just cold water, hot water does make it go mushy at the end due to its lightness!
Secondly don’t add so mush salt, the seasonings as well as the soy sauce are salty already just a pinch of salt will do. I never add salt when seasoning my meat either.
