I havent seen anyone as arrogant as Ashneer. You can agrue hes original and no bullshitting etc but I can guarantee that people with his attitude would bullshit to any heights if it is something that would come to his favour. P.S If you jus keep hiring and firing, people who actually survive in the firm would be so demotivated that they would never want to continue there

Time is not same everytime, I myself is a owner of a small logistics company, it doesn't mean I fire people again and again, I warn them if they makes a mistake but fire is not a good option everytime.

@@jonnyk4899 no im not an IT guy, But the point is if you running a business thats mean you are investing money of some other people (investors), then you should give priority to the profit.. Because its their hard earned money which they gave you trusting you. Then you should not show sympathy to the people who are not benefited for the business. If profit is not everything ,that's ok..then do charitable work, or do business with your own money, make losses ,its fine, nobody would say anything ..but giving chances after chances to the people who are not suitable for company makes company business die, then the company ultimately shut down, the owner stop its business finally, but that people go to another company for another job to survive.. But the owner can't

Trust issues are in every company. First you hire and check the trust and then fire. Ameer bando ke har baat sahi nahe hoti. It's good to hire a person on early basis but you hire for work or trust. Every person is something else on face or something else on back

When you have no proper hiring system and you are hiring on the spot means you are playing gamble. Also it does mean you are playing with others careers, because as you spend time for hiring he also spends lot of energy and time to decide changing his current organization.
