SANDF are only known of their Cowardice beer and women even when you see them passing, a gun is heavy on themselves. So anyone with a reasonable mind would support Mr President for sending these troops. They are learning real fight and one day it will pay because SA also never know when it can be attacked. Imagine a big country like this without experienced military it is horrible ! They are also trying to helping bring peace there so that numbers of refugees coming here reduce since many here in this country are xenophobic and don't like other Africans.

If south Africa worried about losing soldiers in DRC you can pull out yo force you r free.

Mr. Mbeki is a wise man and he knows the real rootcauses of conflict in eastern congo. Without solving the rootcauses of the war, no one should ever be lied that there's any force which can ever defeat a people who are fighting for their own survival and genuine causes that need to be addressed as soon as possible through any means necessary but preferably with peacetalks ratherthan congo wasting resources on a war it can never win. Any foreign intervation on congolese soil is only exacerbating the conflict by taking sides in a political internal issue that should be addressed internally with peacetalks. Samidrc together with their allies who are blindly bombing densely populated areas where civilians are losing their precious lives will eventually make this a regional war if they don't come to their senses and realise that Congolese who are fighting want their people who are living in very worse conditions around greatlakes region refugee camps and beyond to come back to their homeland where the government and their foreign corporations are exploiting their lands for the colonizers and their agents.

After all, historically and regionally, only 4 leaders saw this Eastern DRC situation for what it is: Tata Madiba, Robert Mugabe, Jacob Zuma and H. Geingob.
And they sent troops in consequence.
Look what Thabo Mbeki did with his political approach, the1+4. The military side if it enabled the RDF who backed RCD to be brassed with the Congolese regular army. The origin of M23...
Add a number to only what Rwanda has benefited from this mafia since 1998 ($15bn) and you understand what Tshisekedi is talking about.
Remember, at the beginning, He also thought political negotiations were the solution. He even accepted naively Kenyatta deal to join EAC. He was in Burundi on official visit when Kagame via his foreign affairs minister informed him that Kagame was about to send more troops in DRC against FARDC (2 years ago...).
Data are out there for everyone to consult freely.

Any kinyarwanda speaking soldier in m23 who dies in this war do it with honour because they are defending the right to live on the land their great great grand fathers were born on (and has no other place to call home) . In fact that fallen soldier becomes a motivation for the cause . What I wonder is why the SADEC forces are dying in eastern congo? Haven't they heard ? the m23 has vowed to fight until the last drop of blood. We have a hundred thousand rwandanphone congelese refugees in rwanda, other hundreds of thousands are in uganda(possibly from different tribes) and also there those scattered around the world . These are the people m23 is fighting for . It's where they get their support that is financial support and recruitment of soldiers as well .
SADEC do you really think you'll wipe all of them out ? There is no military solution to this problem only a political solution.
I am really saddened by the death of those soldiers it really shouldn't be happening like this. There is no need for war. The root causes of the problem are clear like the east African leaders have been explaining.
Until the government in Kinshasa seats down with m23 , this war will keep raging on for years to come. It's only been more than twenty years now.
anything other than talks is a waste of time. SADEC should know that.

Tell your president to call his troops back. You guys are trying to kill these native rabels who are fighting for their human rights against a government that's persecuting them.

SADCC should rethink their strategy. South Africa should stop thinking these are just rebels, these are Rwandan forces fighting alongside M23 and their strategy is to break up the DRC like South Sudan was created from main Sudan. South Africa should convince the SADCC countries neighbouring DRC ie Angola and Zambia to join the fight to dislodge these so called rebels. You need more firepower and numbers.

Ramaphosa's judgement is clouded by his son being the son in law of Museveni (the mastermind of everything. He did everything for RPF and Kagame since 1980s) and Thabo Mbeki (follower of Nierere of Tanzania who himself was the mastermind of the eviction from power of Idi Amin Dada of Uganda).
If I can make such analysis and connections based on facts, how come SADC strategists and SABC analysts can't!!! WOW).
    It is concerning...
If I decide to join President Tshisekedi as an advisor, DRC will shine in less than a year. But I have better to do for myself and my family.
It is long to read, but that's will help
    In Jesus Name! Amen.
