I’m so glad and touched that Mans has gotten involved with the BBC Eurovision! He’s such a good performer and entertainer, at the end of the show he came down to barrier to say hi and take photos with everyone still in the hall - such a gentleman!
With each performance, Måns proofs that he really deserved to win ESC. So happy that we have such a talanted hero.
Lucie was also stunning and totally slayed. 😍

Wow. didn't know that. A stain on them for sure, but, they we're not alone. In 1973 a so called jury of experts denied ABBA the entry to eurovision with Ring, ring. It wasn't always a smooth sailing for sure...

This 'revamp' of S.O.S. and The Winner Takes It All sounds sooo good! I wish they released a full studio version of them 😍
S.O.S. was the first ABBA song I can remember, and I even remember sitting in my bedroom in a particular house while in JUnior High School.. I also remember how our radio station was playing "Eres Tu" a lot at that time.

Besides, winning Eurovision just grants you bragging rights (and bankruptcy for the host city). It's not worth the hassle.

That is brave! Swede Måns Zelmerløw attempting ABBA. He is an amazing singer, no doubt - but so was Agnetha and Frida, and he being a man will never come close to how they sounded. Production-wise I also liked some parts of this better than others, not saying this was bad - not at all. But I missed some of the energy and authentic life both the piano and guitar play of Benny and Bjørn, and their back up singing, gave to the songs. ABBA was both a full orchestra and choir in itself, it is very difficult to do justice to the sound of those four musical geniuses together, just being two. But this is among the better ABBA attempts I have come across.

It's hard to top the original, but rember you can't compare live performance and studio version, but he doesnt sound like them true but it's a cover this is his version. Greetings from a swedish dude just passing by.
