- Stripped my idler pulley bolt, watch me solve the problem and replace it along with a new idler pulley. This is a 94 Ford Bronco with the 351w engine.
I couldn't find exact torque specs for this bolt, but similar engines say 15-22 foot lbs is where it should be. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
I used blaster about 10 times over a couple hours to loosen a tight pulley bolt on my 95 bronco, even in the back of the pulley.
I see how you can strip it as the T-50 doesn't quite fit all the way in nicely. Used a long pipe as a breaker bar. The blaster can also clean the bolt up after removal.
Dud mine are the same but the vice grips have to be big or what because i boight them off orelilley and they are small
Love broncos I have 3 of them
Me too, I've had three total, but two currently. Thanks for watching!

sammy foister I moved recently. Let me check my stash in the basement. I may have them still.
Same thing happened to my truck and I can't get it off
Is it plastic or metal? Should break easily if plastic. If metal maybe the nut welding trick would work?
@@obsgarage6682 got it off using the wrath of God lol
all he had to do was remove the main bolt holding the bracket & the hole thing would come off so he could get the bolt out replace bolt & pulley & put all back on
u dont need to remove nothing but that
Hey folks. 😆
Is tensioner pully also reverse thread?
