how to make a tasty groundnut for home use/commercial

  • ingredients:
    raw dried groundnut
    boiled water
    salt
    In a bowl, pour in some boiled water and add salt to the hot water, stir properly until the salt is absorbed. then pour in your groundnut into mixture and cover for about 5 minutes to 10 minutes, in another bowl strain out the water from the groundnut until there is no water is remaining and dry your groundnut with a air dryer or directly under the sun for some hours, until it is completely dried and is ready to be fried in a hot pan with garri flakes optional. after frying allow to cool down, before you start removing the chaff and is ready to to eat. ‪@Edithsensational_kitchen348‬

      Garri is cassava flakes, if you don't have access to garri. You can use semolina flour to fry or roast your groundnut. Thanks for the feedback

    I follow you up to the point you spread it on the chopping plank. What did you put in the pot before Roasting it ?

      Hello, thanks for your feedback. I used cassava flakes (garri) or you can also use semolina flour to roast it.

    How much salt do you use please and how much water from the kettle?

      Hello, I appreciate your feedback. I used 3 tablespoons of salt because of the quantity of groundnut, so it depends on the amount you are using and 2 litres of hot water.
