    How long should it boil before adding the lemon?
    And what is the ratio of lemon to soyabeans?

    • @Judithegbo
      @Judithegbo  Před 7 měsíci +1

      I am glad you find this really helpful.
      These is no special time , ones it start boiling very well, you can start adding your lemon. For the ratio of lemon to soya beans, I don't know what your measurements are like, but I use peak milk tin cup for my measurements. 3 big lemon to 5 cups of soya beans

    Goodmorning nice video, my question is this. What causes the tofu to scatter when slicing it into cubes, it hardly holds its shape and when you eventually fry it, it has this grainy texture different from how it is originally meant to be like almost smooth and a little bit rubbery

    • @Judithegbo
      @Judithegbo  Před rokem +2

      You need to mold it properly with your cheese cloth, so when the water in it completely goes out , it will be firm
