I use your other method using lime as coagulant and the tofu is always very firm. Sprinkling the lime/water solution as the milk boils is truly the secret to firm tofu.

I know one can use water extract from Corn Pap to do the same which is safe for health.

Upto two weeks change soak in water and change its water Daily for best outcome or store frozen for years
Perfect work, what can the sap derived from the beske be used for, can someone still eat it Also for how long can the tofu last without fridge, how can I preserve it not to spoil
Thanks dear. U can use the sap for baking bread or pastries or cookies or Manure /fertilizer
It can last 3 days without fridge , To keep it longer place it all inside water and change the water every day. YEARS FROZEN.
Secondly,to keep it longer Steam it, add spices of choice with salt Maggie etc put small liquid or marinate it. Fry or Bake it. Use it to make your stews or soups

You do not need yeast in Tofu making.
The magnesium sulphate salt is the same as the normal we know or

Greetings please how do I stop my tofu/awara from scattering because anytime I want to slice it, it starts scattering

Its a High protein plant substitute for Meat. If u want to cutdown or completely stop eating animal proteins, TOFU IS A GREAT OPTION.
We call it Wara in yoruba language
