Lou everyone wants a job and a paycheck: There are at lease a100 former Recruiters and HR managers on CZcams giving advice on how to answer question using body language to convince the manger to hire them. As I have found out- the most experienced, hardworking person does not get the job. It is the one who answer the questions with what you want to hear.

Yeah, I don't question getting a job can often come down to telling the hiring manager what they want to hear, but networking also helps. According to an old survey, it is estimated that between 60% and 85% of jobs are filled through networking. That number seems kinda high to me but either way both strategies seem to work.
