    So i'm doing Biomedical science entering my final year and really want to get into accounting - always had an interest in it, just never followed through with it - I've seen grad schemes such as the NHS one where get qualified with CIPFA just wondering what other paths there are? Is it possible to get a graduate scheme with an accountancy firm without a finance related degree?

    • @FehzanMehdi
      @FehzanMehdi  Před rokem

      Yes you can get in without a finance related degree

    What are the chances for me to get an accountant job in UK after doing ACCA?

    • @FehzanMehdi
      @FehzanMehdi  Před 3 lety +1

      That’s a very broad question and depends on a number of factors your experience and right to work status mostly. If you’ve trained in the U.K. you’ll be fine and should be able to secure a role.

    Bro is it haram to work in banksthat deal with usury even if you do roles like audit????

    • @FehzanMehdi
      @FehzanMehdi  Před 9 měsíci

      The opinion I follow yes if most of the income is from haram sources then I wouldn’t even take a job as a cleaner.

    What a-levels do you recommend doing?

    • @jack.1.
      @jack.1. Před 3 lety

      Incase he doesnt answer I'll say my opinion. There is no correct answer because it depends on what you are interested in and what you are good at. It is not a bad idea to do a levels you know you will do well in to get good grades. Or take A-levels that are good for careers.... there is a STEM skills gap in uk so the sciences, maths, computer science are good ideas, definitely maths. Economics and others ae also good choices depending on career interests.

    • @FehzanMehdi
      @FehzanMehdi  Před 3 lety +1

      Sorry I thought I'd answered this. I'd recommend doing what you'd enjoy and what you will get good grades at. A lot of careers don't have specific A-level requirements so unless you want to do Medicine, Dentistry, or study the subject at university i.e. you need Chemistry A-level to do Chemistry at University, then follow the two bits of advice I mentioned. It's better to get BBB in subjects you're good at then say to get CCC in STEM subjects.
