Sir you have great videos and some good advice. you're right the problem with this industry is the people that control it. Most of the practices in trucking are illegal when it comes to how truckers are treated, however if something is to be done about it you literally have to start a federal case due to the nature of otr driving. I can't tell you how many jobs I've had in 6 years and certainly not how many times a company has ripped me off.
I've learned one thing is certain in trucking. Document everything.
Good job on the patch of good luck with this company but I'm sure you're aware that if your ass came between the company and a dollar you'd be getting a look at the underside of a bus. Good job and good luck.

Try working in construction no offense but I would love to be a truck driver it's not that hard of work in fact it's one of the easiest jobs there is honestly all you do is drive most truckers don't even have to load it and you get paid great to pour concrete for 15 hours a day getting paid 10 bucks an hour then talk to me about having a shitty job

i may get some hate for this.....i get what your talking about. truckers get fucked all the time. trucking companies will shaft you any chance they get. buuuut. these days truckers know what there getting into. if its not for you then get out. trucking is not something you do just for a paycheck. its a way of life. though i am not a trucker. my grandpa and mom where truckers. its hell. and you need to learn to roll with it or get out.
