Just come across your channel - thank you for this! I tend to hold in my stomach due to my anxiety (so I shallow breathe) and I am curious if doing these exercises help relieve such behaviour in addition to promoting digestion? Thank you
If you tend to hold your stomach, Please practice Yogic breathing with diaphragmatic breathing. There is a video where I have explained. Please watch that. Only if you get your breathing perfect, you should practice Bandhas
