Y'all are rocking those dumpsters! We have one sav-a-lot near us and it's in a kind of rough area but I am willing to try it. So jelly!! Hubby's hours got cut back to 30 hours a week so we will really depend on diving. Pray for us!!

That was a fantastic haul! You may already know, but a handy tip for those tortillas - finish cooking them on a medium hot griddle (the smooth flat kind). You will be amazed at the improvement in taste and texture.

When my Son was a teen, at Christmas he and his buddies would gift wrap boxes of Cow manure and put gift tags and bows saying to Uncle Joe Merry Christmas. Then put them on the side of the highway, cars would come to a s screeching halt and grab those pretty boxes, then as they drove down the highway you would see the gift fly out the window. It was so funny. They would hide so they could watch and laugh their b-hines off. Kids will be Kids lol!

Cracking me up, bringing to Thanksgiving.. whatever I can find in a dumpster.. hahaha 🤣 🤣 🤣.. gotta love it.... Also people don't realize what hard work is involved in dumpster diving.. nervous and you have to dig and clean everything .
I had a good haul last night, lots of food and some fun diy activities for the up coming winter. Going again tonight for more groceries for a friend of mine who needs it. I even found two big trash bags full of baby clothing, a baby indoor swing, and a baby bouncy chair. Also know someone who needs baby stuff. I'm finding all kinds of things now on my newly acquired route, it usually takes me about 2 hours at most to finish. As always, it was fun to see you guise! =D
