Most likely your model car doesn't come with the CD player but options to play a portable CD player (hence the CD key/button) as does mine. so you have a CD player button, but no CD player. You would need to add a portable CD player (like this): ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41e3zOY2Y%2BL.jpg or have a new CD deck installed.

Maybe you can read the manual first, then take your radio system as per this video, then take out your sister's and compare .... maybe then install it in your car (after reading and asking questions to the smart guys at the stereo store taking yours so they can give you all the answers, take measurements and everything else needs to be known before proceeding.... More advices..... search all videos about the same. Others give you more safe info on how to proceed. I saw another one that was showing the disconnection of the negative wire of the battery as a safest way to work on electrical or certain areas. you will lose your radio station but ... who cares, you can find them later and reset them .... :-) and maybe you will write down the radio frequency first czcams.com/video/yYsw1aqO5jc/video.html
Oops! In another video I saw and I shared with you, the guy was wrapping wires tooooo tight and that is a no, no. The plastic wrapping purpose is just to keep something together as of out of the way. You must use common sense and get all the negative areas of videos you watch, analyzed and out of the way!!
