Probably should differentiate between VT with pulses versus pulseless VT in the algorithm because that changes. So the left side of the whiteboard should read VF/pulseless VT

Evan question on the joules for shocking VF/VT. First set is 200J and I believe you say keep shocking at 200J. Now I let me medic go way back but I thought I remembered that the shock joules went from 200 to 300 to 360. Has that changed or am I remembering wrong?

There are no "stacked shocks" that is quite outdated. Follow the video my friend, thanks for the comment.
Max dose of Epi. Is 3 mg. And Amiadarone is 300& 150. Not more than that
So it would make sense to take ACLS before PALS?
