Really nice to see you happy with result of your print after so many failed prints with the XL. I felt so sorry that each time you were left with half a dog and you came across as so disappointed.
Thanks so much for your support! I'm sure I'll get it figured out!
That vase is very pretty and will make a great gift.
Thanks so much!
Have you seen the video:
Facts! BamBu Lab A1 Heatbed Cable Recall by Loyal Moses
I have recently had Heated Bed Runaway errors on my Ender 3 S1 Pro and I suspect it's something similar.
I don't have an A1, just the A1 Mini but I am keeping an ear out if it affects mine too. Thanks!
@@tada3dprinting I suspect this could affect all "bed slinger" designs. My Ender 3 S1 Pro is having a similar problem. Although it gives me an error and shuts the printer down.
I have had too many priority projects to tend to, to spend time on my hobbies this past month.
Nice, but did you use a AI voice for this video? It sounds very weird lol
Haha maybe I edited it too much. Thank you!
Super! Amolen PLA is really good stuff-consistent quality, great colors, beautiful surface finishes. On their Amazon pages, however, they mix co-extrusion and rainbow colors in the same listing so it’s really easy to buy the wrong type by mistake (as you discovered).
On supports: I’ve noticed that PrusaSlicer organic supports are much easier to remove than the traditional type. The new paint-on supports feature also lets you partially support an area rather than fill it with support, which also makes it easier to remove afterward.
My XL5 is printing great, BTW. I’ve done some large 5 color prints of Cinderwing3D dragons and they’re just stunning. Only problem I had was one old spool of PLA which had a tangle in it and stopped feeding properly. Not the printer’s fault.
Could you email me some files that worked for you? tada3dprinting@gmail.com I would like to compare. Thanks so much!
