To the Police PSA about getting out of the way. You can go 90 with your lights on, if your lights aren't on you're supposed to follow the laws like everyone else. This just goes back to my main point that Police/Judges/Politicians/etc need to be held to a higher standard not lesser.
indeed, not to mention, only 10 hours without pay suspension? Is this a joke? who's D did she S to get such a low sentence?
That's not true. I've been to plenty of defensive driving schools and no matter what, the police, fire, and ambulance drivers are not above the laws. There is no exceptions for speeding with lights on, or off, or even sirens blasting. But they also say that nobody cares when you are needing an emergency vehicle to arrive. You want them speeding, but it is still illegal as the laws are written.
Same with window tinting. Cops have illegal blacked out windows but they write you up for it.
There are different codes they respond to that determines if they illuminate their lights or not. Either way they are within the law to exceed posted speed limits.
Where I live emergency vehicles can legally speed without lights or sirens. They only have to use them if they think they are needed. That said, they aren't allowed to speed unless there is an actual emergency and if there is they wouldn't care about you unless you are blocking them or you are the emergency.
Police are the largest criminal gang in America.
While delivering pizzas I once went to a house where the dude accepting the pizza was in a mankini. I did want to start laughing but there were a few of his friends and one was recording, so kept the professional demeanour until I got back in the car and drove off laughing.

i am not even sure why that "i blocked your attack" is so hilarious, but that had me in tears.
2:48 That guy wasn't a bully. If I remember correctly the guy chasing the kid was trying to rob him. The video ended with the father and his buddies chasing the dude off and there was no physical altercations

deliberately provoking someone to fight is the definition of "disturbing the peace"
Is it just me or he could just have driving away and ignoring it?
@@SeulgiAbsFanclub he could but what right does the aggressor have to intimidate or drive others away from where they are legally able to rightfully peacefully enjoy their rights.
Especially if the aggressor presses, chases, or repeats the action
The guy should have just taken his cart back to the store.
@@TheAkdzyn is there a law that says that? because there is one that says you can't keep provoking people until they are forced into physically having to stop you annoying them, if you are the aggressor (eg putting a trolley in their way). In return for the State taking over people's right to physically deal with such idiot aggressors, the law of "disturbing of peace" was put in place - although crooked cops and judges prefer to ignore it, since it is often weaker people using the restriction on violence to disturb bigger or stronger people.

14:46 The man in the blue car may be mad for a very good reason. The fact we only see it start when he's already angry tells me he was baited by the guy with the camera into a confrontation. Probably for clicks, likes, etc. And if a fight ensues the instigator (note this doesn't mean the one who threw the first punch) can be charged with a crime as well. So if you antagonize someone into fighting you, depending on how bad the fight gets, the antagonist can be charged more seriously than the one who threw the first punch.
So, for context, in case you aren't aware of who that guy is or what he is doing. He foes to supermarkets and waits for people to leave their shopping carts in the middle of the parking lot. Then he asks them why they didn't return their cart to the carral. If they continue to get in their car to leave, he places a magnet on their vehicle that basically says to return the cart to the carral. He has a lot of them, so everytime they take it off, he puts another one on. He remains polite the whole time and if they go to return the cart, he takes the magnet off and thanks them. Just figured I'd offer some context.

@Accel erator The problem is the "carry-on size" is really meant for bags which meet or come close to all three dimensions. That's why you're allowed to bring garment bags aboard even though they're a lot longer and wider than carry-on size. Something as thin as a skateboard can easily fit into the back of the overhead bin, or at the bottom of the garment bag closet, even though it's longer than the bag size limit. The company was strictly enforcing the size limit just to try to make a buck.
@Accel erator he broke his skateboard because the board costs less than $99. as he can still use the wheels and bearings, he just needs to replace the board, he would save $30 or more.
Also not everyone is going to know the exact rules for specific items until they get there, this is probably his first time bringing his skateboard to the airport, or this is the first time the airlines has had an issue with it.
Never assume who is in the wrong without knowing the full story and context.
@Accel erator I don't think this was a matter of tantrum, a buddy of mine was into skateboarding and told me that the boards themselves are the cheapest, most expandable parts (that's apparently alsonwhy you frequently see collections of them). So the board doesn't have any personal value for him (due to design or sth) this was probably the cheapest option. Extra luggage is expensive af

I watch a lot of dashcam clips on another channel, and it's weird. 99% of the clips never mention the make of the cammer's car. But nearly every clip taken by a Tesla mentions it's a Tesla.
Gotta keep that anti-Elon energy in the forefront of the NPC disposition matrix
The skateboard thing makes perfect sense actually. The deck is actually one of the cheaper parts of the board (the trucks, wheels and bearings are typically most of the cost), unless it's some kind of limited edition board, which case he probably wouldn't be riding it. So unless he has the time to break down the board to get the hardware off (probably not at the airport, plus tools wouldn't be allowed in his carry-on, they'd have been in checked bags if he brought them), it makes more sense to just break it in half so he doesn't have to pay more than the value of the deck to bring the hardware with him. He saved himself money by breaking it. Decks break all the time, you just replace them and move on.
"I blocked ur attack" Lmaooooo
I now like Henry a lot more. This video gave me a lot of respect for him.
another super great funny video again henry and Jeannie , really well done and thank you guys 😊
14:50 I did not know I wanted jeanie to react to the cart narc's videos until I did lmaooo
That was a cool robot. Perfect way to dealing with not being able to bring an item on the plane. Yah the pizza guy did a good job not responding and walking away.
Okay so I hope you guys see this but about 2 weeks ago I was working at my smoke shop and 2 guys ended up coming to a dead stop in the road right out my window. Right away I knew it was road rage and suddenly the guy pulled out a 45 and shot at the victim 7 times. Now, I have mild ptsd and a stray bullet almost hit me. People really need to calm down cause this is how bystanders get killed. Love your channel and I'm a huge huge HUGE fan 🎉
Actually, you can send some freedom seeds at the bully... not the first route to take, but you can absolutely make that person leak if they're breaking into your house to harm someone.
Someone actually said he wasn't a bully and intended to rob the kid at random!
@@NinjaNate123456789 haha I mean.... that's kinda still bullying, but it makes sense. I kinda wish that even petty theft would get people put in jail for 5 years minimum. No more of this probation bullshit. Earn your own shit, ya know? I work for everything I have, never been on food stamps, but I have definitely gone hungry, if you feel me. I hope he got his ass beat. I'd pay money to see the rest of the door cam footage
Depends on what state you’re in. Some state have duty to flee so ‘freedom seeds’ would get you put away.
The state that I live in, the law says that if a person is in my house and trying to harm me, I have to first, try my best to leave the house, and find a place to hide. If I plant a few freedom seeds in the fertile soil that is trying to harm me, I will then, have to face a jury of my peers.
@@Inertia888 That absolutely sucks. I mean, look... I do not WANT to kill someone, but if I'm backed into a corner, I feel I have the right to defend myself. If you're in front of a jury, I assume you'd have to explain the scenario, and trying to get out of a house while someone is actively trying to harm you, doesn't sound terribly easy to do. It doesn't matter what animal you back into a corner, they're going to defend themselves. You in Washington?
Great video😍
The other thing about the skateboard bit is that most airlines wouldn't charge the oversized baggage fee for skateboards, loads of skateboarders are able to bring them as carryon all the time on most airlines, but Spirit is stupid about that rule and make people follow it to the letter rather than the obvious intent.
Spirit also kinda sucks to fly with in general, only reason I went with them was they were so much cheaper than the other airlines, but after flying with them once now I get why. I'd spend the extra cash in the future for a better experience.
7:35 somewhere in the Gansu province a group of pandas suddenly feel the collective urge to roll
That master attack blocker is the greatest live action troll in history!
Every time I hear French, I ask my girlfriend, "what are they saying?" LOL. Soo funny.
In instance to the guy getting harrassed with the blue car; if he got charged with assault against those kids, I'd vote not guilty.
Its really nice to see that you two can see something political and take a logical stance about it, like with Jordan Peterson and the Trump Supporter yelling at the KKK. It gives me hope that the country really isn't divided its just twitter and the media that blow it out of porportion. Keep it up!
Normal people don't go around shouting into megaphones. That's what they're doing on Twitter/Parlor or whatever. I think the US is still more divided politically than most other developed countries but most average citizens aren't clear-cut left/right extremists. Those most active and loud sure make it stink more than it should.
Yeah…nah, Jordan Peterson is a shill…play acting sadness to feign vulnerability…if you fall for that then you deserve all you have coming.
yes ,i was so happy. Jeanie and Henry are smart good people and they showed it.
yea this is why yt cancelled them
@@ak19910716 Most people tend to be centrists with a light touch of classical Liberalism (free speech, individual human rights et.) If you remove politics and religion from the conversation just about everyone is in agreement with each other. that's most of society
I'm pretty sure _instigation_ is a thing in most legal systems. Maybe the heckler can't be charged for harassing the guy, but if the guy swung back he'd hold some of his own blame
There are some states with mutual combat clauses in that if two people willingly engage in combat or get in a brawl it's not a crime other than possible disturbing the peace / public disturbance. I imagine at some point if the dude harassing the guy invited the other guy to fight him or could be interpreted as such it would count.
That helmet thing's actually really sad. Poor guys.
I've never had a naked woman open the door, but i have had my fair share of people in various states of undress, mainly dudes with no manners. People seem to think that as they're at home and having food delivered, that they don't need to bother to put their pants on to open the door to a stranger. It's a bit odd.
Also, delivery drivers, no matter what is on offer, never EVER go in to someone's house. It could be a trap.
I've only gone into houses when the person is elderly
I'm guilty of opening up the door in boxers. In my defence, they are identical to short beach shorts, and it got terribly hot where I lived.
I apologise for every single one of you that has seen my fury thighs.
jeannie "well since he's on your property" Henry "no you cant shoot him" Me "laughs in midwestern"
Well, they don't live in a civilized part of the US. They don't know how freedom works.
I mean, technically you CAN as he entered the premises with intent to harm someone. It would just be uncalled for if you're able to resolve the situation without death.
@@aaronburdon221 I think it depends. I doubt you are able to just gun down a kid right?
@@MeldinX2 well he entered your yard chasing your kid with aggressive intent then you're ABLE to do so, but it would be frowned upon if you're able to halt the aggression in another way as they did. In California and several other states though you've got duty to retreat laws so only after they've backed you into a corner can you shoot them so it would vary from. State to state.
I get this crap all the time when I disconnect people’s water. People yell. Then when I’m just repairing water to help get water back…they also yell then too.
That is the great societal loophole and what makes bulling/ harrasment so EVIL
once you can no longer stand the torture and throw a punch... all context goes out the window and you are suddently "the bad guy" ..........
Henry and Jeanie getting into social commentary?? I NEED MORE!!!👹
CZcams bullies you hardcore when you try to veer your channel in this direction, they don't want that.
@@TheZapan99 Well you have a point there I honestly didn't even consider that.
Suddenly Jeannie's voice got two octaves deeper when she asked Henry " What would you do?"
If you are cheating on your wife. Don’t go out with the girl in public. Hide. You or her don’t deserve to be out and about. It’s an affair. It’s supposed to be hidden.
Depending on the state, harassment can be considered a crime that leads into another crime. In other states, the most severe crime is the one prosecuted even though the lesser crime caused the escalation. Also, it depends on how many people say who is at fault regardless of physical proof. If you were to attempt to murder someone in your girlfriend's house, but they disarm you and the gun goes off, as long as your girlfriend says that it is the victim's fault it doesn't matter that you attempted to murder them because it is "The pleasure of the Commonwealth" to believe the property owner because it is assumed that they pay the most in taxes. This is decided at the county level.
It is a twisted world. Good news is that it can twist both ways. Study the law of your state. Really. Also, keep enough money to pay a real lawyer before trial, during trial, and after the trial on the contingent that you win.
15:55 Me figuring out how to provoke Skyrim NPCs in a way that the guards side with me lol
Cast fury off camera when no one else is looking then run to the guards
For the skateboarder clip, the accessories on the board is what cost money. the board is like $20-30 bucks if you not trying to get a cheaper one for $10-15. Why pay $90 if you just going to transfer all the accessories over to a new cheap board to destroy later on.
12:20 Well, let's look at this in a different light.
There have been members of the Republican party for decades whose chief concern is religion, specifically Christianity. There have also been members of the same party whose chief concern is lowering taxes. There is a lot of overlap between these two groups, and there's members of both groups who despise the other - people who want low taxes but also support keeping religion out of government, and people who want to see God inserted everywhere but don't mind paying for the roads and bridges they use every day.
Ronald Reagan appealed to both groups, including members of one group that hated the other, and gladly accepted votes from both. Yet, his stance was always that he was both pro-Christian and pro-lower-taxes. Therefore, it can be reasonably assumed that he would not publicly endorse, and would perhaps publicly scorn, an anti-Christian pro-low-taxes supporter, even if he'd still accept their vote.
What sets Trump apart is his willingness to endorse, echo, and amplify ANYONE who supports him. That includes people who are pro-Trump and anti-racism, but also includes the most racist groups in the country, even those whose mere existence is illegal. You can't openly endorse David Duke and claim you're not racist. And if you're that pro-Trump anti-racist guy, you can't act too surprised when the KKK shows up to a Trump rally, knowing that Trump has, in fact, endorsed one of their former Grand Wizards.
Or in other words: You knew the dog had fleas when you got into bed with him. You've only got yourself to blame, man.
1:37 Internet says skateboard deck cost like $35~$50, so he could just buy a new deck and attach the rest parts to it, but I would fit it in vertically
The Queen has decreed we roll, so we must roll!

With the way the dude chased the kid into the house, many states that is more than enough reason to justifiably mag dump into him 😂. Definitely is reason enough in my book, you dont forcefully enter someone's home and keep your expectation to keep living a long and healthy life.
Yep. In Alabama, it’s not force vs force equally. It’s simply defending the life of another when you feel their life or your own is in danger.
you sound like a 😺
Shoot first, notice it’s an 11 year old later.
Only if he's still charging when the gun is drawn. If he's running away after seeing the gun, dumping a full mag into his back on video might not be very legal, even though it feels so right.
@@ak19910716 In my state, once the verbal warning is given, if the person is still on property, they are fair game. Whether they are fleeing or not.
I used to have a door-to-door career, and I've seen:
1. A topless woman open the door by coincidence to grab the newspaper because the doorbell was broken and she didn't hear me knock
2. A guy answer the door in underwear and an open robe, while his male lover was walking around the house buck/butt naked
3. A guy with a shotgun in his hand, threatening my life for ringing his doorbell
4. A cop who threatened to get his AR-17 for ringing his doorbell
5. Three Rottweilers in a gated yard with no 'Beware of dog' sign posted (barely survived that without injury because it happened to be a rainy day and I had an umbrella in my hand. One dog clamped down on the umbrella, while the other two ran around the first one back and forth while I directed the the first one left and right.)
I could see the family of owners were inside, having a grand time talking amongst themselves and never hearing my screams for help as I was maneuvering my way out of the literal jaws of death. 💀
I was able to back out of the gate and close it just in time, then I walked across the street and sat down on a neighbor's front porch bench for 10 minutes until my heart could beat normally again.
