Pancreatic cancer is often going to be diagnosed at later stages, due to the vague and non-specific initial symptoms that can occur. I just learned about bile salts & digestive enzymes.

I have Sjogren's syndrome, but I also have EPI and have to take Creon when I eat.
I have had chronic and acute pancreatitis due to a problem with my common bile duct. It was perforated during an ERCP and begin having multiple problems.
