As with almost every other instruction video for Moodle, this video drowns the most essential information under the weight of all the extra bells and whistles. It would really help to find tutorials that would take you through the basics (like how to add a question) BEFORE they go in and tell you how to manage feedback and so forth. You literally end at the point where you are finally ready to do the thing that is most central to creating a quiz, actually putting in the questions.
