I recently discovered KastKing reels and bought a 4000 series Sharky 3 Baitrunner. I pretty much only use baitrunner/live liner reels these days. So far I've been very happy with it but it's only been about a month. Of course, you can't beat the price!

Hi sir, thanks for the review on the spinning reels. I notice among the 4 spinning reels you were showing, the 6000,5000 and 3000 are actually baitfeeder series while the 4000 that you are showing is a different model, it is Sharky III innovative(this model doesn't come with extra spool) :)

I bought the 6000 bait feeder new. The drag knob couldn’t be screwed down to apply drag. When I complained Kastking reimbursed me the full amount after offering a 5% discount! They gave me the reel, which is useless as they don’t have spare parts. I can see nothing wrong with the threads in the knob or on the spindle. I suppose it’s a manufacturing error. I can’t see the 6000 model on sale anymore.

*Like going from a bi-plane to a fighter jet! Easy to install, the sidescan works well>>>**allabout.wiki/fd12** and it's definitely a game changer when it comes to bottom fishing. While you can see schools of baitfish in your downscan screen, the sidescan shows you where they are relative to the boat's position, which is not necessarily straight down from the transducer. Showed a friend how it worked yesterday and while the regular sonar showed a huge ball of bait, the sidescan showed us that it was actually 20-30 feet off the starboard side of the boat.*
