I made this today for my boyfriend's 28th birthday, his favorite cake flavors are chocolate and strawberry and it was PERFECT. He absolutely fell in love with this cake and so did I, even though I'm not super big on chocolate but omg this cake is to die for! Recipe is well explained, easy to follow and to make as well. It's a messy process hehe but so much fun!! 10/10 thank you for this recipe!! To anyone who reads, it's worth it, make it! It'll be the star of the day.

I would love to see Preppy Kitchen’s take on a big ostentatious wedding cake. I wish more CZcams bakers would create their versions of the celebratory cake. Feels like a great way of getting to know each baker’s philosophy while getting to see them go wild with creativity. Just a thought!

I actually made this cake recently and it tastes just like a chocolate covered strawberry 🍫🍓🧁😋. Delicious!! I used milk chocolate chips for the ganache instead of semi chocolate. Excellent recipe to try.

can I add just 600gm of sugar while icing? I don't want a looot of sugar. but I don't mind if putting more if it would be better that way.
